CWB Retreats at Baymont Lofts - Loft E

Your amazing stay near Mandalay will put you steps away from fun and play! The Lofts on Baymont Street are in the very heart of Clearwater Beach, one block from the main thoroughfare and the Sand Pearl entrance to the beach. Walk down the stairs from your expansive and stylish 1 bedroom loft and you are welcomed by a neighborhood of exciting hot spots, delicious food, and vacationer’s conveniences! The Lofts on Baymont, a destination location in Clearwater Beach, welcomes you!

The Space:
Although the security camera is installed at the front door overlooking the walkway, it is not operational, so there is no active surveillance coverage.

Check in is 3:00pm and check out is 10:00am

-Lofts are located above popular shops and a restaurant that closes after lunch

-Rooms are sufficiently supplied with kitchen small appliances and utensils, plates and cups, drip coffee maker with coffee and filters, dish towel, shower essentials, broom and mop

-Assigned parking spaces are located on the end of the building, on East Shore Dr. at the intersection of Baymont Street. Metal placards are posted noting the Space number which matches the unit number

-Towels and bed linens are provided. The housekeeping policy is to replace these items only between guest departure and arrival

-Laundry service business located on ground level

-Beach chairs, cabanas, and sun umbrellas are available to rent at the beach. Occupy any that are not in use. Someone representing the rental service will stop by to collect the fee. Beach Supply Rental company drops off and picks up.

- Enjoy access to the newly completed pool located bayside at 617 Bay Esplanade, just a short walk away.

As soon as you walk into E you will see a pullout queen sofa and ottoman on your left, a TV and chair on your right and straight ahead a round dining table past the living area. To the right of the table is the small but nicely appointed kitchen with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, sink, and microwave. Pass through a small hall to the full bath straight ahead and to the left a king bedroom with TV, dresser, and closet.**Please note, evidence of termites may be intermittently visible. We are working with our exterminator and professional housekeeping team to minimize any indicators.

-Check in is 3:00pm and check out is 10:00am

Interaction with Guests:
There is usually an on-site maintenance manager. He will be available for any reasonable needs.
