Summary:
Your amazing stay near Mandalay puts you steps away from fun and play! The Lofts on Baymont are in the heart of Clearwater Beach, 1 block from the main thoroughfare and the Sand Pearl entrance to beach. Walk down the stairs from your stylish king bedroom loft (with queen sleeper and twin trundle in living room) and you are welcomed by a neighborhood of hot spots, delicious food, and vacationer’s conveniences! The Lofts on Baymont, a destination location in Clearwater Beach, welcomes you!

The Space:
Although the security camera is installed at the front door overlooking the walkway, it is not operational, so there is no active surveillance coverage.

King bed in bedroom and queen sleeper sofa in living room. Dedicated dining area and full kitchen. Cafe table set on breezeway

-Check in is 3:00pm and check out is 10:00am

-There is one bedroom and also a sleeper sofa with additional trundle in the front room

-Lofts are located above popular shops and a restaurant that closes after lunch

-Rooms are sufficiently supplied with kitchen small appliances and utensils, plates and cups, drip coffee maker with coffee and filters, dish towel, shower essentials, broom and mop

-Assigned parking spaces are located on the end of the building, on East Shore Dr. at the intersection of Baymont Street. Metal placards are posted noting the Space number which matches the unit number

-Towels and bed linens are provided. The housekeeping policy is to replace these items only between guest departure and arrival

-Laundry service business located on ground level

-Beach chairs, cabanas, and sun umbrellas are available to rent at the beach. Occupy any that are not in use. Someone representing the rental service will stop by to collect the fee. Beach Supply Rental company drops off and picks up.

-Enjoy access to the newly completed pool located bayside at 617 Bay Esplanade, just a short walk away.

The property was perfect! It was quieter since it was just slightly off the main road but close enough to walk anywhere we wanted to go! Absolutely charming!

Great Stay with Friends

I had a great experience at this property with my friends for a small getaway weekend. Kimberley was very great with communication and recommendations for things to do in the area. The rental came with beach chairs/beach mats/beach towels/umbrella which was super nice to not have to buy while we were there. I totally recommend this property to anyone!

Great location.

We were able walk to restaurants and shops along with the beach. A great little coffee and pastry shop is steps away from your front door. I recommend the cinnamon rolls that were just Taken out of the oven on my visit there one morning. Friendly staff and great pastries. Overall a great trip with clean amities and all the beach gear you need for four.

Perfect Perfect Perfect. A cozy spot located next to all the hot spots. The beach is a rock throws away. The rooms are super clean, shower always has hot water and theres beach supplies in the room that you can use. Will definitely be coming back again soon.

Senior Spring Break

This property was amazing! I rented this and went down with some friends for our senior spring break in high school. The property was exactly as listed online. With super easy check-in and check-out, we were able to enjoy all the time we had. The location is amazing, with less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. The property was very clean and organized with plenty of space for four teenage boys. We had a great time and would highly recommend. Very impressed!
