We booked for my mom's birthday. The house is older, but very clean and beautifully decorated and updated. The neighborhood was quiet and is in a great location (close enough to everything). We had everything we needed in the house to be comfortable (kitchen appliances, coffee pots, bathroom well stocked with replacement bath tissues, etc). The beds were comfortable and we appreciated the wifi and Roku tvs in each bedroom. Lastly, the host was super responsive without being overbearing. Great stay!

This place has not been deep cleaned in a while. The amount of dust on the ceiling fans was so bad we didn’t turn them on. The “extra portable unit” they put in the bedrooms for “your convenience” was nice if they both worked but only one worked. We had the air set on 67 which was nice and cool downstairs but very hot upstairs. The guest room with the working potable unit was comfortable but the primary was very hot. We also forgot to leave the parking pass(our mistake) and was told we would be charged 5 or I could mail it back in(which is what I was going to do after I confirmed we had it) When I said it was fine just charge it but I did think it was odd to make a stink out of 5 when we were polite about how dirty and hot it was and asked for nothing to be done I just wanted to let her know so her next guest did not have to deal with that. She then sent me a request to pay. I guess I made her mad. I will share the pictures below.

We do wish you had reached out during your stay so we could have resolved any concerns in real time. Following your checkout, our team inspected the portable AC unit in the primary bedroom and confirmed it was fully operational. We're sorry if the upstairs felt warmer than expected. Regarding the parking pass — as outlined in our listing policies, a replacement fee applies when it is not returned. We appreciate that you acknowledged the oversight, and we were happy to offer you the option to return it by mail. We're glad aspects of your stay were enjoyable and wish you well on future travels.

We loved our stay! Very clean and cozy! Everything was freshly washed and clean to even include the shower curtain, bath mats, comforters and throw blankets. It was a cold weekend, and we were given extra room heaters to keep us warm. Very thoughtful! Thank you for making our weekend visit a great one! Will definitely love to stay here again for future visits!!

Home away from home

Great place to stay! Clean and comfortable, with everything you need to feel at home with plenty of room to spread out and relax after a day of sightseeing. Loved the location - minutes from downtown (easy walk if you want to stretch your legs). Host was extremely helpful and answered my questions quickly! Great place to stay!

We arrived and the internet was not working properly which cause no tv to work. Host was able to get it fixed but the guest bedroom tv still wouldn’t work. The heat wouldn’t work and we were left to use space heaters in the bedrooms to try and stay warm. The downstairs heater would go above 64. And on top of everything, there was no hot water. We ended up leaving and canceling the rest of our stay and had to find somewhere else we could stay.

Family trip

The property was nice. Everything was clean. Our first night there the air conditioner went out. They had someone there the next morning and had it fixed. The only disadvantage I found with the condo is the steps were extremely steep. Need to mention that in description of the condo. I have nerve damage in one of my legs and going up the stairs was a little hard. Over all it was a very nice place to stay. Would definitely recommend this condo. Location was perfect and was only mins away from the strip.

Construction

We didn’t receive check in directions until an hour before check in time after I had to reach out to get it. The condo next to us was under construction for our whole stay, that we were not warned about. There were workers and tools on our back porch, they had a tarp covering our front porch and door, it was obnoxiously loud when my wife and baby tired to lay down for naps. The lock on the front door stopped working, locking me out at almost midnight where I had to then wake my wife and baby up so that she could let me in. The host was very responsive (other than the check in information), and the construction wasn’t really her fault, but a heads up would have been very appreciated because with a 1 year old we probably would have stayed somewhere else.
