These are Timeshare Week #11, 22 and 35 in Winter Park, CO, for a condo at the Timber Run Resort. The rental is for one week (seven nights with Sat to Sat (check-in and check out). Week#11: March 09 to 16, 2024, Week#22 May 25 to June 1, 2024 and Week: 35: Aug 24 to Aug 31 2024. Check-in and out is on Saturday. NOTE: The unit is on the second floor of the building. This townhouse style condo unit has 1,450 square feet and a 1 car garage with outdoor parking for one extra vehicle. Please note there are a number of stairs to the unit and no elevator at the property. In this unit, the open living room has a wood paneled wall accent to the vaulted ceilings, comfortable furnishings and has some nice in room amenities that include a gas fireplace, TV, queen sofa sleeper, free Wi-Fi access and a GREAT view of the Continental Divide both upstairs and down. Adjacent to the main living area, a dining room provides access to the private balcony and seating for 8 persons. An open kitchen has all appliances, wood cabinets, small breakfast bar and lots of countertop space for meal preparation. Two bedrooms are on the main floor and with two full bathrooms and include queen size beds. Overlooking the dining and living room areas, is the upstairs open loft with the third bedroom, full bathroom and two twin beds. The indoor garage commons area includes a paid laundry. A free town shuttle stops at the property every hour for easy transportation to the main downtown area and the Winter Park Ski Resort 3 miles away. NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules at Timber Run Condominiums do not permit guests to bring pets. These rules are strictly enforced. You will be fined $200 per day if you smoke or bring a pet on the property. There is an outdoor hot tub in the Timber Run Commons area for all guest to use.
