Il est temps de réserver votre séjour d'été. Venez voir pourquoi Winter Park a été élu meilleure ville d’aventure année après année.

Ça ne va pas mieux que ça! Tout nouveau ranch de plain-pied sur le fleuve Fraser. Nous sommes la plus grande et la seule suite personnalisée de trois chambres du complexe. Condo moderne de 100 mètres carrés sur mesure de 1600 pieds carrés décoré avec des planchers en hickory grattés à la main, des comptoirs en béton, des luminaires en bronze huilé et des appareils en acier inoxydable. Ne manquez jamais d'eau chaude avec notre chaudière à chaleur instantanée haut de gamme. Chaleur radiante pour un confort intérieur total. Beaucoup de place pour deux familles avec tous les équipements modernes. Trois chambres, deux salles de bain dort 8-10. Au pied de la station de ski de Winter Park ... marcher jusqu'aux remontées mécaniques et au village. Ou prenez la navette gratuite de 30 secondes jusqu'à la station qui vous ramène juste devant. Un bain à remous communautaire et un sauna légèrement usagés se trouvent à quelques pas. Garez-vous juste à la porte arrière! Montez sur le sentier de la rivière Fraser à un demi-pâté de maisons et admirez le paysage sur le magnifique sentier pavé de deux milles menant au centre-ville. En hiver, prenez la navette gratuite qui va directement à l'avant et aller dîner, le nouveau centre Fraser Rec ou à peu près n'importe où ailleurs.

Sleeping Arrangements: Capacité d'accueil 8-10 personnes confortablement. Nouveau lit King dans la chambre des maîtres avec salle de bain complète. Nouveau lit queen dans la 2ème chambre. Pleine sur la couchette pleine dans la 3ème Chambre avec lit double supplémentaire loft et lit gigogne (4 lits dans la chambre avec lits superposés). The place was nice and spacious. Unfortunately we couldn't cook on the BBQ grill. We brought food to do just that. The grill was filthy inside and out.

Fantastic location. Being literally right on the river, and right across the street from the bus stop to the ski area, was really nice and convenient. The place is spacious and comfortable.

Good option for the price. Overall, we were happy with the stay and location. Pros: The unit was clean and appointed well-enough. The unit had plenty of room for the five of us, was updated nicely, and gave us good access to quick fishing for small rainbows out the back door. Con’s: (Generally minor) The check-in process was less than smooth as the door code would not update remotely which left us waiting for a few hours past our check-in time while Paul tried to fix the situation. Most likely a one-off incident but it started the trip off on a low note. The kitchen has the basics but barely. That, combined with other little details like the bedroom tv not working, flipped breakers for the kitchen lights, and no dishwasher packets for the dishwasher made it feel as if management was stretched thin. Fortunately, our cons are easily fixed. With a little more attention to the details we would have had no cons.

We loved staying here. The location was perfect for our family, and we loved sitting out on the back patio, enjoying the river. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely consider coming back the next time we are in Winter Park.

We liked the location and layout of the property. Although, you could technically walk to the slopes, we found that the lift ride app was great for taking the bus to the village. The kitchen is spacious if you are planning to cook meals in as we did. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for larger group ski trip

This a very large condo with three bedrooms, large fully stocked kitchen, living room with fireplace and dining area. A bit far to wlak to slopes with ski boots, but bus ride is less than a minute and busses come frequently. Would stay here again without hesitation

Ski trip with family. House was great, with lots of room. a lot of snow so didn't get to enjoy the backyard by the river. Shuttle right out front to the gondola. would definitely stay again

Perfection

The location is awesome, just a short walk or shuttle ride to the resort. The floor level with the river view was majestic & great for letting dogs out. Everything was clean and comfortable. The sauna and hot tub are connected to the condo which was really cool. Couldn’t have been better honestly!

Great location-Pet friendly

Easy access to WP resort and peaceful stay right on the Fraser River. Master bedroom and bath are very nice…comfortable bed. Towels need to be replaced with some new ones and 2 of the blinds are broke. Very spacious and great access to hot tub. Living room furniture is worn and a little uncomfortable. Kitchen has everything you need. Overall, we would stay here again.

Great Spot Right on the River

We had a great visit to this property. Being on the ground floor was so convenient and having the Fraser River right outside was so lovely. The home is roomy and there was plenty of space for my family of five. The kitchen is gorgeous and pretty well stocked with everything you need. There is not a washer or dryer in the unit. It is on site and requires quarters to operate.

Great location and large condo

We had a wonderful time staying here over Presidents weekend. It was super close to the mountain which made skiing with my little kids a lot easier. It was big and had lots of places to sleep. The only small issue we had was the loud noise/stomping coming from the condo above us very late and very early every night/day. It was really loud! Other than that it was a great place.

We have owned the condo for ten years and there has rarely been loud stomping coming from upstairs. Might have been when new owners were moving in Feb.

River retreat

What a beautiful location. The condo is like new with decor out of a magazine. Clean and quiet except for the sound of the river. The pictures do not do the condo justice. It was way beyond our expectation. The owner was extremely helpful answering all our questions. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

I absolutely love hearing that! The condo is very quiet since there are only twenty three total units in the complex. I'm glad you enjoyed all our new finish work and furnishing, we are very pleased with how it all came together. The river is really what sealed the deal when we were looking for a vacation property in Winter Park. We too really enjoy the tranquil sounds of the moving water! Great location and property, would recommend.

This was a great location and property. The only thing that was a miss by the property manager was there was no hand soap in the condo for washing hands, no dish soap for dishes, and no extra toilet paper. Not a huge deal but definitely inconvenient and for the price we paid.

Beautiful Rivers Edge Condo

We loved our stay in Winter Park. The condo, especially with the screen door open, had a lovely view of the river. The bedrooms worked well for our family, although I do agree with other reviewers that the floor in the master bath/shower is very slippery. My kids loved the bunk beds and the master bed was comfortable. We did walk to winter park, but the uphill climb was a little much for my three year old so we were glad to have a stroller. Cute place, would recommend

We absolutely love being this close to the lifts and it was always our dream to live riverfront. Loved the 'Colorado Modern' motif and high end finish work. It's the perfect mix of a small private complex nestled in the trees with the convenience of being walking distance to the ski resort. Winter Park gets voted Best Adventure town year are year come see why! It's the perfect all season Winter Park lodging destination!

Beautiful views as you look out to the Fraser river. Walking distance to ski lifts, village, ski rental shops and Adolphs pub next door. At the head of the Fraser river trail that connects old town to downtown Winter park. Ground level unit with huge windows and sliding doors to soak in the views.
