Beautiful property we enjoyed it we would have enjoyed it even more if we would have had the opportunity to grill since we are big on cooking outdoors.

Great place to stay, very clean, everything we needed was provided by host. Close to beach and right next to pool. Host was quick to respond when I had questions, will definitely stay again!

Waited in heat for an hour for key to arrive when promised to be under mat. AC quit cooling after 1 day. Maintenance was called and provided a temporary fix. No bedroom TV remotes worked, even with new batteries. Found food packaging under couch cushions and upstairs in bedroom, cutting knives made it near impossible to cut potatoes, all mattresses sorely need replacing. Parking is nearly non-existent, especially for guests. Pool is big enough for 5 people. I doubt anyone would want to walk to the beach from here...better to drive. These things didn't totally ruin our stay, but a few simple fixes would go a long way to getting higher ratings. I would not recommend this place to others

One of the beds was unusable, very big sag.Floors unclean, feet got very dirty, upstairs and down, wrappers and food in couch cushions, pill on dresser in kid’s bedroom.Kitchen light did not work at first then came on. This could be very nice if cleaner.Luckily we were able to be ok without using both beds in one of the bedroom, so don’t count on it. Size and location was good.

White Cap Beach

Property was clean and ready on time as well as conveniently located. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a beach getaway.

Padre Vacation

First off, we came back a second year in a row because we enjoyed our first visit so much! Great location, beautiful beach, a large enough space you don’t feel squished into something, and nice pool to cool off in. Our experience this year wasn’t exactly as great with the property as past. I feel as though whoever is managing this property or watching over it has let it go somewhat. There was mold found in the vents which was visible on the vents and ceiling and stink. The air filter is visible dirty (maybe hasn’t been cleaned in over a year), lights were going in and out, and ALL the best needs to be replaced- they have been WELL used and are warped and uncomfortable. Other than that it was still a great space and great location.

We arrived about an hour or so early and the cleaning person said we could go ahead and go in. The place was just like the pictures showed. I was a little disappointed that there was only a regular coffee maker but the kitchen was pretty much stocked with kitchen utensils. Overall my family and i had a nice time. Great location. Great price

If you are looking for a quiet get away with super great pricing this is the place. Scott was a super awesome host. Very responsive to several issues that came up during our stay. He fixed them immediately. We will be back!

Great Beach Location

We were a family of 9 staying at this location for a family wedding. The townhome was comfortable and spacious. Location is wonderful with a very short walk over to the beach. Communication with Scott was great. We were a little concerned about the tropical storm warnings and Scott was very quick to answer my questions/address my concerns. One of the bedrooms appeared to have been missed in cleaning after the previous guests as there was sand and candy/wrappers on the floor. Sheets on the futon bed were waded up in a ball when we pulled back the blanket. Everything else in the home was clean and in order so we did not feel this was a poor reflection on the owner's attention to detail. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Quick getaway

The oven didn’t cook properly. After two hours of baking wings I gave up. Two days ruined meat. The dryer had to run twice to dry items. I bought laundry detergent and left it there, it was only bleach. U also have to buy garbage bags, cleaning supplies. Parking was challenging in a small space but I made it work. It was a lock on the water faucet outside so couldn’t rinse off beach things.

Nice place

Place was nice and comfortable. Beds were comfy. Only complaint would be havine only one skinny parking spot for a 3 bedroom condo. Had to load and unload people and stuff before pulling in. Overall a good time.

Cute beach getaway

Loved the location of this property. It was a quick walk to the beach and right next to a pool. Really the only downsides were they didn’t offer much convenience items like cooking spices, baggies, soap, shampoo etc. Also they had just done work on the stairs and there were some boards that were loose every time you walked on them. The floors were dirty and I had to wear shoes when in the house. Overall I give it 4 stars. We enjoyed our stay and I would go back!

Beautiful home

It was a beautiful home. Parking is definitely a headache trying to get in and out of your assigned spots. All and all we very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

5 minute walk beach condo

This was our first time visiting corpus Christi, and we really enjoyed spending our time at this condo with our family of eight. it was clean and suited our needs well especially was nice with a small garage. where we put our small luggage trailer and sandy lawn chairs. items you should have available is a water hose to rinse off feet before entering the house. also, did not have any salt and pepper or seasonings available. as well as trashbags and very low amount of dish soap for handwashing. we went and purchased what we needed and not a big deal and then left it there for the next guests.Past rentals that we’ve had over the last five years typically have these items. i’m still giving you a five star since we really did enjoy it.
