Located in the heart of Cape Coral minutes away from the Yacht Club; a beach with picnic shelters and BBQ grills, the Yacht Club Pool, a marina, boat ramps, and a fishing pier. Surrounded by delicious multi-cultural cuisine. All mentioned amenities within a 10 minute drive. Perfect location for everyone, from couples to families to simply enjoying a weekend alone to blow off some steam and relax.
The space
Our 1,533 sqft home with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, there’s more than enough space to comfortable accommodate 6 people. The Master bedroom features a queen bed, huge walk in closet, and a full double sink stand up shower and tub. The second bedroom offers you a full size bed with a full wall closet and the third bedroom has two twin beds and another spacious closet. The waterproof mattress covers, sheets, pillows, pillow covers, and breathable blankets are all sanitized and provided before your visit.

The outdoor amenities the home has to offer is a beautiful screened seated patio with a new gas grill inside and doggy door for your pets and a safe fully gated fence for you not worry about the kids or animals playing outback, you can also use the large back yard to sit in the sun and read a book with the patio lounger’s.
