Bienvenue au SS Salamander, unité sud, au 121 50th Street, à Holmes Beach. Ce duplex de deux chambres et une salle de bains est à une courte promenade des magnifiques plages du golfe et est situé dans un quartier résidentiel calme et privilégié. Il est facilement accessible à pied des restaurants et des boutiques. Il n'y a pas de rues animées à traverser! Il dispose maintenant d'une toute nouvelle piscine chauffée!

Cette escapade à Holmes Beach comporte également une grande terrasse couverte et une douche extérieure. Une buanderie est à votre disposition sur place.

L'unité sud de la SS Salamander dispose d'un téléviseur 27 "dans le salon avec lecteur DVD et magnétoscope. La chambre principale a une télévision 19 ". Internet haute vitesse sans fil avec câble étendu et appels longue distance nationaux gratuits.

Cette unité peut accueillir quatre personnes avec un lit queen size et deux lits jumeaux. Il peut être loué conjointement avec l'unité Nord adjacente pour des groupes jusqu'à dix personnes.

Les petits chiens sont autorisés avec 150 $. 00 frais animaux non remboursables par animal. Pas de chats s'il vous plaît.

Hidden gem. The perfect house for a family of 4. The house had everything we needed. The pool was amazing. Close walk to the beach. Could not have asked for a better neighborhood and place to stay for our week vacation.

Cozy little rental

The property and location was perfect. We adored the quiet neighborhood, very relaxing, steps away from the beach. The pool was outstanding with the water feature. The home it self is small but perfect for our family of 4. The only complaints we had were the beds not being very comfortable. Other wise the place is great and property manager was wonderful checking in on us multiple times. Definitely recommend this rental!

It was clean, had everything we needed, was about three blocks from the beach, and maybe five blocks from the trolley pickup. The staff at Island Properties was easy to work with through the whole rental process. We had a tv issue when we checked and and called the office. They put us on the maintenance schedule where the person who was coming texted us to tell use when he would be there. All around good experience.

VERY DISSATISFIED!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We left the property a day early. Not happy at all about the dirty pool when we arrived, having to wait til Monday for the pool to be clean enough to use, only using it Monday night because by Tuesday the pool was no longer heated. I spoke with a manager on Tuesday who said he would get back to me and NEVER DID! To this DAY! Didn’t even have the courtesy to call me or email me!! The experience was inexcusable!!! I PAID to have a HEATED POOL for our vacation!!!! Our vacation was a BUST since I leased this vacation rental for the SOLE PURPOSE to have a heated pool to use all week! We drove 1100 miles to have a heated pool and be close to the Gulf of Mexico. If your company can’t respond to me and compensate me for this, I will feel obligated to post this information, along with the video and photos of the state of the pool at this location, on social media. As I said, I called on TUESDAY and spoke with a manager and was told I would hear back from him and he never contacted me. We were able to swim in that “heated pool” ONE TIME this week. This was for the unit located at 121 50th Street A on Anna Maria Island. To this day, Monday, April 17, I STILL have not been contacted by ANYONE at this company!!! Other than them sending me 2 emails asking me to review and rate my vacation rental!!!!

Pool area is great for when the gulf was a little chilly. The unit itself was clean and adequately stocked. Could use more than one extra roll of TP. There were some general maintenance issues that need attention, but would not stop from staying again.

Reviewer Comments: This company used to have great customer service but something has changed — we experienced maintenance issues including electrical (never resolved), dryer vent appeared to be clogged, and the pool heater didn’t work (eventually fixed after multiple calls/email/visits). The office manager did not honor his team’s commitments in a “custom” rental agreement. Not the same customer experience we’ve enjoyed in the past.

The property was clean and had everything we needed. The management company was easy to work with and more pleasant then others that I have used in the past. The only downsides to this rental were: no ceiling fans in the bedrooms, could not find a remote for the cable tv, and a couple light bulbs were burnt out.

Great Quiet Stay, Close to the Beach

While this is one unit of a two unit location, the units don't even share a wall so you can't hear anything from the other unit. The beach is barely a block and a half away, a very easy walk, and the pool area makes for a relaxing, secluded spot when you don't want to walk. It is the perfect size for a couple or a small family looking for a great beach location.

Fun time!

We had a wonderful stay at the property. It was clean! It was close to the beach! It had an amazing pool! It didn’t have a lot of beach/pool stuff including beach chairs.
