Notre maison de plage à un étage a été récemment redécorée et comprend une grande piscine chauffée neuve. La maison est située dans un quartier calme et résidentiel et à seulement quelques pas de l'une des plus belles plages de la cÎte du Golfe. La maison comprend un grand porche arriÚre couvert qui surplombe la piscine et récemment aménagé, cour clÎturée. Vous constaterez que la maison a toutes les commodités, des chaises de plage et des parasols à une cuisine bien équipée. Prenez simplement des tongs et un maillot de bain!

Nous sommes Ă©galement Ă  distance de marche du tramway gratuit qui circule toutes les vingt minutes de haut en bas de l'Ăźle de 7 miles, avec des arrĂȘts tout au long du chemin. Sautez sur pour faire du shopping et visiter et restaurants Ă  Holmes Beach, Bradington Beach et Anna Maria! Essayez-vous Ă  la pĂȘche au tarpon de renommĂ©e mondiale, faites du parachute ascensionnel, du paddle board ou du vĂ©lo! Faites un tour en voiture Ă  Sarasota et visitez la rue historique Armand's Circle pour une cuisine raffinĂ©e, une vie nocturne et de nombreux magasins. Tampa est Ă  une heure et demie et Orlando est Ă©galement Ă  distance de conduite au cas oĂč vous voudriez visiter certains parcs Ă  thĂšme pendant votre visite. Heaven on AMI

If you are looking for a cozy home to rent on AMI, Our Blue Heaven is your place. Everything you need is there, and has been lovingly restored since the hurricanes.. The owners are a wonderful couple, and very attentive to anything you might need concerning the house. The beach is a short two block walk, shopping and restaurants are within walking distance as well. For days that are too windy at the beach, the private pool at the home is divine. We love Our Blue Heaven!

Great location

Easy walk to the beach (3min) with a private pool and great yard for gilling. Very efficient host- Very cozy cottage feel. Would definitely revisit.

Delight

This house such a delight to stay in during our Fourth of July vacation week! It is difficult to find small but updated homes like this on AMI. The covered back porch and pool area were our favorite, but really the house had everything we needed and more. It felt like much more like staying in someone’s well-cared-for home instead of in a bland, characterless vacation property. And in the perfect location for the beach and all the fun of AMI. We hope to come back soon!

AMI family vacation

Our family had a wonderful, memorable vacation. Everyone enjoyed the pool, especially our water logged children. Location was key. Host communication was seamless. Any minor things are insignificant and not worth mentioning. Would definitely recommend.

Relax and enjoy life!

This is an old Florida home with some updates. It is comfy and “homey”. Short walk to the beach and a great pool! Katherine, the owner, is a delight. A great place to unwind, for sure.

Fantastic!

This home is the perfect place for a family. The heated pool kept the kids occupied on the cooler days and it was easy to watch the children in the pool from anywhere in the house. This meant I could be doing laundry or prepping a meal while keeping an eye on the kiddos. The furniture was comfortable, too, which is not always the case in rentals. We will definitely be staying again!

Older Home

My family and I visited 10/28/23-11/4-23 for a family vacation. We booked this property for being close to the beach, heated pool and it was cheaper than other properties. Unfortunately, this property had more negatives than positives. The positives were the short walk to the beach and the backyard with lights which had a covered patio that we ate at every meal. The negatives were no check in from the owners once we got there to see how things were going or if we needed anything, lack of communication from the owners, grill didn't work, TV didn't work which not the end of the world as we didn't go there to watch tv but would have been nice to watch a Halloween movie or two, pool was not heated as the listing said, the place overall was very dusty and did not look like it had been cleaned, the washer smelled very strongly of mildew so we ended up taking our clothes to a laundromat. Then there is the issues of the cockroaches that we found. At first it was only a couple which not the end of the world but then we had found one in a drawer with cooking utensils which prompted my husband to remove the drawer and that is where we found A LOT of dead ones. We had messaged the owners about them and the response we got back we didn't feel it was professional. We do not recommend this property nor will we rent it again.

A few unexpected things.

The instructions seemed to contradict check-in time, in one place it said 4 pm, and in another, it said 6 pm. We had no problem getting to the house and got right in with the code given to us. The instructions seemed to be outdated, referring to masks that must be worn on Anna Maria Island. That should be revised. I saw a few wearing one. What seemed to be the master bedroom and bath, there was a pile of bed linens on the floor against the bed with a note saying "Xtra master quilt & shams"; the top bed sheet on the bed was all wrinkled and looked as though the bed had not been changed; in the bathroom, there was a basket presumably for used towel one. The kitchen had every utensil a chef would and abundant china and glassware. We were disappointed that there were no "lounge chairs" by the pool. We got by with the large tubes. Katherine was very responsive when I contacted her to see if I had left 2 pairs of my glasses. In the meantime, I found them in my suitcase LOVED IT.

Great relaxation

Our stay was amazing, property was clean, well organized, and full of fun. After an amazing day at the beach, this was the perfect place to relax the rest of the evening. Owner was amazing in the way the one small hiccup with the property and stayed in touch above and beyond to see that it was handled. Look forward to staying at this property again.

Missed the fun in Anna Maria

Due to Winter Freeze storm we were not able to visit FL. Airports closed until 27th in MI. Katherine did offer to rebook us in January/February. She was very responsive and seemed to care!

Fun in the sun!

This place is the ultimate perfect vacation home! Large rooms through out, ample space for all of us. I especially appreciated how many essential items there were for us to use. Laundry detergents, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, etc. The backyard is exactly how it appears. An absolute oasis! I can't say enough about the pool, sitting areas, bar, and our favorite game, JENGA! The night lighting is soo awesome! There is just too much to type to explain how wonderful this property is. Thank you for such a wonderful, lovely, fun home.

Time in Blue Heaven

Fantastic!! Blue skies and pleasant weather let us enjoy the fantastic pool. The location is so perfect for a short walk to the beach. The house has a lot of enjoyable amenities. It’s a place that we will continue to go to.

Our families have been coming to Anna Maria Island since before the mainland bridges were constructed, coming onto the island by way of ferry! Needless to say, we are very attached and proud of our little island. We live in Tampa with our two children and look forward to time spent on AMI during the summer months.

Only a short, direct walk to the beautiful, pristine beaches of AnnaMaria Island, this home is centrally located, in a family friendly neighborhood with all of the conveniences of home. Three spacious bedrooms, two with queen size mattresses, the third with two double beds. Big closets, and plenty of drawers to fit comfortably for your stay. Two bathrooms are recently renovated. The master has a beautiful, tiled shower stall, the common bath, also renovated has a tub that's perfect for adults or children.

The kitchen is full of bright, natural light, with a big beautiful picture window We love to cook, so you should be able to find everything you need in this kitchen! The cozy family room is also full of natural light, looking into the large, covered porch in the center of the house. There is a full washer and drier adjacent to the kitchen.

We have a brand new, large, rectangular sized, heated pool. It also boasts a wide sundeck, perfect for setting a chair in and dipping your toes in the warm water while enjoying a book or a fruity drink!

The large, fenced yard can also be enjoyed from the cozy, covered porch which is accessible from the master and twin bedrooms as well as from the sliding glass doors of the common areas of the house. This is a great feature for cool, breezy beach days, as the doors tuck away and create a huge outdoor area to be enjoyed by the entire family!

Our home is a classic example of a typical old Florida home; a single-story concrete block home with Spanish tile, and terrazzo floors throughout. It sits on 2 lots, which leaves us with a great size yard both in the front and in the back of the house. We have proudly brought it beautifully up to date, but have decided to keep its original charm intact.
