The Crescent 207 features two bedrooms and two baths, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. Relax in the open-concept living area with a sofa and chairs, or step out onto the private balcony to enjoy coastal breezes. The fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of cabinet space, with a dining table for six and a breakfast bar for three. The master suite includes a king-sized bed, en suite bath with a garden tub, and balcony access, while the guest suite features a queen-sized bed. A sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space, and a stackable washer/dryer adds convenience.

This is the perfect location- on the beach, near shopping, next door to a restaurant- and the condo itself was awesome! It had everything we needed for our family vacation! Furnishings were very nice and comfy! Patio was a great place to relax and watch the sunset!

This unit is in desperate need of some updating. Very sparse kitchen utensils, glassware and silverware. We love coming to The Crescent (15 years) and have always been pleased with our units until this year.

Great location and great customer service on site. Dryer door is broken and it worked intermittently. Ice maker did not work. Master bedroom bed is noisy and could use an upgrade/replacement. Location and amenities in Destin, FL are outstanding. Love the area! .

The condo was great and clean. The only complaint we had were that the beds were not comfortable (hard). Also the sheets in the master bedroom had fuzz balls rolled up on them and uncomfortable to sleep on. I ended up sleeping on the top sheet. The ice maker was also not making ice. While we were there.

Wonderful

The beds in this unit were not very comfortable. The balcony furniture is minimal— some of it was broken but the manager/owner had it replaced very quickly. We still love the Crescent. Everything else was good. Would recommend a different style of wrist band that cannot be washed off in the ocean so easily since the wrist band policy is strictly enforced and the renter is charged $20 for each lost band.

Not my normal Crescent stay

When I go to Florida I always stay at this condo complex. It has always been a very pampering experience. I was disappointed with unit 207. There are MANY maintenance issues that wouldn't take much to fix, but made me feel that I was staying in a sub par unit. I have many pictures and video I can share if you want them. Basically, the unit needs some TLC. There were annoying things like a loose sink handle and no plug in the sink, to water stains in the closets and rusty/dirty bathroom corners. The furniture in the living room was dirty and dingy and needs a good cleaning. The chair in the LR was all torn up and looked like something that came from a yard sale. This unit was a surprise after staying in others that are well maintained. I WILL stay at this complex again, but I WON'T stay in unit 207 again.
