Upon your arrival to the property, you will notice the manicured lawn and colorful plants on and around the wrap around porch. Upon entry, you will quickly notice the the well organized rooms, plenty of bath towels,

Ideal for short or long term stays. This large apartment has 3 bedrooms to choose from:
Bedroom 1: Master Bedroom with King Size Bed.
Bedroom 2: Full Size Bed.
Bedroom 3: Two Twin Beds.

The spacious large living room large dining room are great for relaxing, dining or simply spending quality, festive times with friends and family.

The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, utensils and dinnerware for those who prefer preparing home cooked meals while traveling.

We loved our stay here! There was plenty of space for our family. It was a quick walk to the light rail & into Manhattan. Don’t miss checking out downtown Jersey City, either—it’s adorable! Would definitely recommend for families looking for an alternative to the Manhattan hustle & bustle.

This is hands down the best vrbo I have ever stayed in. I am an avid traveler and this place is truly one of a kind. The owner is so kind and generous and talked us through check in and check out and made it so simple and enjoyable. The details is what make this such a once in a lifetime experience. When you go into kitchen you can see the statue of liberty through the window. You can see the empire state building from the patio. Everything is so nice and feels like home. The victorian building is historic and so beautiful. Every detail down to the doorhandles is just exquisite. The minute you walk into the Arlington the energy is undeniably warm like a hug from an old friend. If we come this way again, this is the vrbo I would stay in over and over.

I was very impressed with how much space and privacy there was. From one of the bedrooms you can see the nyc skyline. I had an suv rental which thankfully fit in the garage although it was close. It appears that street parking is hard to find.

I had the pleasure of staying at this incredible VRBO in New Jersey, and it surpassed all my expectations. The apartment is charming and spacious! The host has added thoughtful welcoming touches throughout and is super responsive to requests. It's quite obvious he is committed to making the visit a great experience. Everything is spotless and in very good condition. A block from the light rail, you can be in Manhattan in no time. Very cozy and unique home. Muhammed was a terrific host and always responded to messages promptly. Having a parking space was a huge perk! Access to NYC was easy, and it was cool to also check out what Jersey City had to offer.

Nice place, close to commuter rail.

Nice, clean and spacious apartment. Short walk to the Light Rail station. Easy commute into Manhattan for sightseeing and exploring the city. Mohamed was great to work with and helped us carry some luggage in when we arrived. The garage parking spot was great to park our car and not worry about it for a few days.

I purchased this property several years ago because of its size (one of the largest home in town), elegance and dedicated parking. Historically, legend has it that this home a private "Speak Easy" hangout for Frank Sinatra and used to be owned by national political legend, Mayor Frank Hague who served as Mayor from 1917-1947. It's a large property that has the feel and character of a rural "bread and breakfast" but has views of the NYC skyline from the back lawn.
