With a striking blue and white color palette, the modern and great open room certainly lives up to its name. Boasting high ceilings and lots of thoughtful architectural touches, this room makes it easy for large groups to gather together for cocktails and conversation. High above, the soaring exposed ceiling beams add the perfect dash of coziness to this cavernous room, and a large HDTV is surrounded by two crisp, white sofas and multiple armchairs.

A large center island anchors this chic, efficient space in the open kitchen with bar stool seating. The bright white cabinets and gleaming quartz countertops surround the premier appliances, which include a gas range, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, a high-efficiency dishwasher, and an in-drawer microwave. Next to the kitchen is a formal farmhouse dining space with seating for 12.

The first of four serene bedrooms are located down the hall and features a queen-sized bed, a desk space, and an HDTV. A full bathroom and a laundry are accessible from the hallway. This level also includes garage parking.

On the second floor, the primary bedroom suite is complete with a luxe king-size bed, a huge HDTV, a seating area, and a spa-inspired ensuite bathroom with a separate tub and shower. One more bedroom suite includes a king-size bed and attached full bathrooms.

Also, on the second level, you’ll find a fresh and flexible bunk room with two built-in, twin-over-twin-size bunk beds that kids of all ages love. A full bathroom is just across the hallway.

Kidd Cottage was built to take full advantage of the surrounding natural coastal beauty and includes an outdoor lounge with tons of seating, a gas grill, and a glittering private swimming pool that is the perfect spot to cool off after a hot day at the nearby beach.
