Cute 1 bedroom with a living room & kitchen.Spectacular location a mile to the famous FREMONT EXPERIENCE. This cute bungalow is located near the OLD historic Fremont Street. There is a ton of things to do and see while visiting this classic funky part of Las Vegas. This modern 1 bedroom cottage is part of a three home compound with an amazingly huge shared courtyard! Sleeps 2 with a queen bed. TV/couch in the living room. Enjoy morning with a cup coffee on the patio while enjoying the lovely Vegas atmosphere! Get ready for your night out on the town with provided bathroom amenities to include hair dryer, soap, shampoo, towels and linens. 2PPL max. Pets extra.

Realtors Jim & Barb Eagan own Limestone Investments. Jim and I are both former Air Force and caught the travel bug while serving our country. We travel extensively throughout the year & for over 40 years. As we travel we learned a lot about places, why we picked it, what we liked and disliked about the stay. As we started buying our own properties & manage rentals for others we incorporated these ideas.
A funny stay we had in another country when Air & V were new had green hot dogs and Mayo in a cupboard. Yukko, lol. No coffee pot and no knives to make salsa with. Rather than report the owner we invited her for a visit. She appreciated us help her come up to reasonable standards and amenities. This philosophy carries through on our stays today and we ask guests to also help all owners/managers with things that can be overlooked or be unnoticed since they don`t live or stay in the properties. As this really can hurt a person that depends on the income with one bad review. Albeit, gross negligence and rude operators need blasted.
I have always been in customer service positions and thoroughly enjoy the interactions about travels and accepting suggestions on the rentals we manage. Recently, I had to drop by a property with family members from Cuba, Mexico and France. Honestly, the languages were a bit funny with translations or charades to make a point. We enjoyed each others so much I ditched work that day and we had a blast for hours and hours. Now, I can`t do that very often but it was a very pleasurable afternoon. That`s a small taste of why I love this job.
My favorie things to do is visit Bellagio fountains & free conservatory(flowers galore, ebike at Red Rock and kayak at Emeral Cove. Check out petroglyphs at Valley of Fire, hike at Red Rock Park, water slide parks in Henderson & Charleston and Hollywood, ski at Mt Charleston, zip line downtown, Spring Preserves & Discovery Museum, Adventuredome with rides and video arcade (great for kids), helicopter tour to Grand Canyon, paddle boat tour of Lake Mead, the Hoover dam tour, year round ice rink at the Fiesta Rancho, watch a Golden Knights practice, GraviDy and Go carts, Pink Jeep Tours, shows(1/2 price tickets), Neon Museum, Mob Museum, gun ranges, premium outlet malls and nature at the Wetlands.
A lease and ID are required. Clean stove, grill and dishes before leaving. All garbage to the bin at back of unit. THX! You can park on 10th or the alley behind unit has a parking pad. I recommend finding unit through front gate first so you can recognize the parking area. Keep the gate closed at all times!! No parties and guests can only be those on the lease unless otherwise arranged. This can be a total of 2 people only.
