111 Lakeside Dr. Plantation East- Professionally Managed by Coldwell Banker Premier.
The Pearl is a beautifully renovated 3 bed 2 bath end unit town-home in Plantations East! The massive granite island/table, high-end appliances, vaulted ceiling and luxe touches make this open concept home the perfect gathering place. The large primary bedroom and bathroom are on the first floor, and there are 2 additional bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor. Enjoy your summer reads and happy hours on the screened in porch. Relax and enjoy your favorite movies or shows on the 70? 4K TV in the living room, or on the 50? 4K TVs in each bedroom. This is a non smoking rental. No pets.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week s stay is $149.50.

Booking Restrictions- 2 Night Stays- Year Round

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

The Pearl of Lewes

This was a great rental. Clean and comfortable in a good location. I liked that the owner provided a welcome packet with instructions and recommendations. It was also nice that games were available even if we didn’t have time to play them. Overall a nice stay. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Excellent VRBO Get Away

Super clean, great accommodations, close to shopping and beaches. Only one downfall is the time we chose to go to Rehoboth...it was a little to crazy to do anything dining time. Sunrises were amazing though! Love that place and will definitely revisit in a non-peak time of year. :)

Wonderful Property!!

This property was great! Perfectly close enough to everything but also in a quieter area away from nonstop traffic and noise. It was perfect for our family with kids ranging from 2-7 years old. Will definitely use this property again in the future!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice stay in Lewes. Enjoyed the beach, restaurants and spending time with family. This townhouse was perfect for us and had many amenities. We also enjoyed board games, puzzles, ping pong and biking. Would have liked more kitchen towels and an iron, but overall a comfortable stay in a nice community. Hope to stay again.

Updated clean properly in nice neighborhood

We stayed for a weekend at this property. My son had a lacrosse tournament nearby and we wanted access to that and the beach. This was a very nicely updated property, very clean. The neighborhood was quiet. We did not use the pool or fitness center during our stay. This is close to route 1 which contains many restaurants and shopping areas between Lewes and Rehoboth, about 10 min drive to the beach. Would stay here again.

Rehoboth

The property is located about 10 min from the beach, but it might take you 25 Min with traffic. Location is ok not far from shopping. The place is newly renovated, the inside is clean. Door and window need some Cleanning. Overall it is acceptable.
