Cette unité joliment décorée a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour rendre votre séjour sans effort et agréable. Situé sur la route 1, vous êtes à une courte distance de toutes les émotions et attractions de la plage. La maison peut accueillir confortablement 8 personnes avec 3 chambres (lits queen dans chaque chambre et 1 canapé-lit double) et 2 salles de bain. Détendez-vous au bord de la piscine pour une alternative à la plage. Le balcon est partiellement blindé avec un ventilateur de plafond pour votre confort et un coin salon séparé. Profitez de votre café du matin ou admirez un coucher de soleil tout en regardant la piscine et l'étang communautaires.

Wonderful getaway in perfect location

Absolutely lovely condo in perfect location - close to outlets, restaurants, beaches, and more. Quiet even though it's literally right off Route 1. Can't be beat!

Fantastic Stay in Rehobeth Beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and lovely, in a prime location and the pool was great. The property owner was easy to communicate with and provided exceptional customer service. Will definitely consider renting again in the future.

Very nice place in close proximity to the downtown area of Rehoboth. All rooms were spacious, and every room also had a TV, which our kids liked. Kitchen was very well equipped. The washing machine did not work, but we knew this before we arrived. The owner is going to have it looked at. 2 of the beds had firm mattresses and 1 a softer mattress, which some might find good information. The pool was very nice and cleaned every morning. Overall a good place to stay for a family.

Great Condo!!

Beautiful condo in a nice quiet location. Spacious layout, we were 5 adults and 1 child and had plenty of room. We enjoyed the large pool and the great restaurants just minutes away. Rehoboth beach is a short drive and is a really nice beach with plenty of shopping. The beach is also ADA accessible! Mr Johnson was very responsive and a great host. We would love to return next year!

Very nice property clean and well maintained. Owner was very attentive to any questions we had prior to our stay. Plenty of room for a family vacation. Only issue we had was cable on TV in living room kept going out and would come on several minutes later. Owner may want to discuss with Xfinity.

Pretty straightforward beach property with all the amenities one comes to expect from a property of this type. Great communication w/ property manager. Very clean! No complaints. We often stay closer to the beach but the property is very convenient with all the shopping (and quick access to the road that takes you into Rehoboth. )

Spacious Condo for Family of Five

The condo is spacious, nicely furnished, and has many extras to make a space much more livable and organized if only for a week. We had everything we needed right there. The kids really enjoyed the pool. We had a good time playing cards on the screened in porch. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make a few lunches and dinners there. Parking was easy. Getting to the beach was simple but does take about 15 minutes if driving.

Perfect Family Vacation

This was the first time we had ever taken our children (ages 5, 4, 2 and 3 months) on a family vacation and Joseph’s condo did not disappoint! The condo had EVERYTHING we could have needed - even beach towels and pool toys! The kitchen was even stocked with everything we needed for cooking such as pots/pans, cooking utensils, plates/silverware & even a Keurig! The children had an amazing first vacation and can’t stop talking about our “beach house” that we stayed at. They loved the painted beach mural on the wall :) .. Joseph was easy to get in contact with and very quick to respond. Overall we’re extremely happy with our stay! We will definitely be back next summer!

Lived my best life

Mr and Mrs Johnson have the perfect beach home because you truly feel welcome and at home. The bedrooms are large enough for the kids to play games before bedtime. All of appliances worked very well. The property is in the center of all of the outlets and just a 5-8 minute drive to the beach. I lived my best week-my family was with me til Thursday and then I had the home all to myself. I value peace so much and thanks to the Johnson’s I had the best vacation in years! Can’t wait til next year!!! 💜💜💜

Beautiful & Convenient VRBO

My friends and I stayed at this condo while our Little League team played in the Softball SRS World Series Tournament. Although it was an estimated 30-minute drive to the softball field, the condo was perfect for us parents. We only drove to the field once a day and we could not hang out with the team all day so it was nice to have a place to stay that had all the comforts of home. The condo was very clean and adorably decorated with beach items. The three bedrooms were very, very comfortable. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. Although we didn't cook anything, the kitchen was well stocked with kitchen items and a coffee maker for the mornings. A series of 3 outlet malls were around our condo which you could easily walk to. There are also a lot of places to eat near the property. There were several beaches in driving distance to visit. Although I didn't take advantage of cooling off in the heated temperatures, the condo also has a small pool. Overall we were very satisfied. And a big "Mahalo (thank you)" to Joseph, although we never met him in person, he was always communicating with us even before we got to the condo. He was very gracious and helpful. Aloha and hope to travel here again!

Nice Condo!!

There were 8 of us stating there. 3 children and 5 adults. We had plenty of room for all 8 of us. It was very quiet and just a short distance to the beach and boardwalk, you do have to drive there, but it's really not that much of an inconvenience.. We really enjoyed it and Joseph was great in making sure everything was OK. We would recommend this place to anyone that is looking to book it.

Perfect Location

Joseph’s condo was the perfect spot for our getaway to Rehoboth. The condo is located just minutes away from the beaches, along Route 1, centrally located around shopping, restaurants, and other attractions. The condo had everything we needed and more. Linens, towels, kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, TVs in every room, and a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. The condo was spacious and comfortable. Clean and bright. I can’t think of anything that I would have changed. Check-in and out was a snap. And when I had an issue getting the key to the condo (my error, not Joseph’s) he responded to my text message instantly. If you’re looking for a spot that’s a step back from being right on the beach/boardwalk, this is it. I know I will be looking to rebook with Joseph when I make the trip to Rehoboth again.

Reho beach stay

The description of location is very accurate. The pool is a great bonus for the kids and us after a day at the boardwalk or before. The beach/boardwalk is all very close in proximity (less than 10 minutes). Great variety of restaurants ; supermarkets; outlet stores all so close! We all really enjoyed the property as well. The communication with Joseph was very easy and he was very responsive in answering all questions. The house included all amenities necessary also. I would recommend this one property to anyone looking for a family vacation near the beach!
