Very nice place in close proximity to the downtown area of Rehoboth. All rooms were spacious, and every room also had a TV, which our kids liked. Kitchen was very well equipped. The washing machine did not work, but we knew this before we arrived. The owner is going to have it looked at. 2 of the beds had firm mattresses and 1 a softer mattress, which some might find good information. The pool was very nice and cleaned every morning. Overall a good place to stay for a family.

Wonderful getaway in perfect location

Absolutely lovely condo in perfect location - close to outlets, restaurants, beaches, and more. Quiet even though it's literally right off Route 1. Can't be beat!

Family Vacation

This was the third time we stayed at this unit. The owner Joseph is on top of anything you have a question or need you may have. Located across from the outlets and a short ride to the beach.

Fantastic Stay in Rehobeth Beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and lovely, in a prime location and the pool was great. The property owner was easy to communicate with and provided exceptional customer service. Will definitely consider renting again in the future.

Great Condo!!

Beautiful condo in a nice quiet location. Spacious layout, we were 5 adults and 1 child and had plenty of room. We enjoyed the large pool and the great restaurants just minutes away. Rehoboth beach is a short drive and is a really nice beach with plenty of shopping. The beach is also ADA accessible! Mr Johnson was very responsive and a great host. We would love to return next year!

We are family of the 5+ one infant. Plenty of space for all of us. So many amenities. Great location. Fantastic views of the fountain and pool. Joseph responded to any questions we had quickly. You can’t go wrong.

Nice Condo!!

There were 8 of us stating there. 3 children and 5 adults. We had plenty of room for all 8 of us. It was very quiet and just a short distance to the beach and boardwalk, you do have to drive there, but it's really not that much of an inconvenience.. We really enjoyed it and Joseph was great in making sure everything was OK. We would recommend this place to anyone that is looking to book it.

Very nice property clean and well maintained. Owner was very attentive to any questions we had prior to our stay. Plenty of room for a family vacation. Only issue we had was cable on TV in living room kept going out and would come on several minutes later. Owner may want to discuss with Xfinity.

Lived my best life

Mr and Mrs Johnson have the perfect beach home because you truly feel welcome and at home. The bedrooms are large enough for the kids to play games before bedtime. All of appliances worked very well. The property is in the center of all of the outlets and just a 5-8 minute drive to the beach. I lived my best week-my family was with me til Thursday and then I had the home all to myself. I value peace so much and thanks to the Johnson’s I had the best vacation in years! Can’t wait til next year!!! 💜💜💜

Spacious Condo for Family of Five

The condo is spacious, nicely furnished, and has many extras to make a space much more livable and organized if only for a week. We had everything we needed right there. The kids really enjoyed the pool. We had a good time playing cards on the screened in porch. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make a few lunches and dinners there. Parking was easy. Getting to the beach was simple but does take about 15 minutes if driving.

Perfect Family Vacation

This was the first time we had ever taken our children (ages 5, 4, 2 and 3 months) on a family vacation and Joseph’s condo did not disappoint! The condo had EVERYTHING we could have needed - even beach towels and pool toys! The kitchen was even stocked with everything we needed for cooking such as pots/pans, cooking utensils, plates/silverware & even a Keurig! The children had an amazing first vacation and can’t stop talking about our “beach house” that we stayed at. They loved the painted beach mural on the wall :) .. Joseph was easy to get in contact with and very quick to respond. Overall we’re extremely happy with our stay! We will definitely be back next summer!

Perfect Location

Joseph’s condo was the perfect spot for our getaway to Rehoboth. The condo is located just minutes away from the beaches, along Route 1, centrally located around shopping, restaurants, and other attractions. The condo had everything we needed and more. Linens, towels, kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, TVs in every room, and a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. The condo was spacious and comfortable. Clean and bright. I can’t think of anything that I would have changed. Check-in and out was a snap. And when I had an issue getting the key to the condo (my error, not Joseph’s) he responded to my text message instantly. If you’re looking for a spot that’s a step back from being right on the beach/boardwalk, this is it. I know I will be looking to rebook with Joseph when I make the trip to Rehoboth again.

Great property with well-stocked kitchen!

Pretty straightforward beach property with all the amenities one comes to expect from a property of this type. Great communication w/ property manager. Very clean! No complaints. We often stay closer to the beach but the property is very convenient with all the shopping (and quick access to the road that takes you into Rehoboth. )

Reho beach stay

The description of location is very accurate. The pool is a great bonus for the kids and us after a day at the boardwalk or before. The beach/boardwalk is all very close in proximity (less than 10 minutes). Great variety of restaurants ; supermarkets; outlet stores all so close! We all really enjoyed the property as well. The communication with Joseph was very easy and he was very responsive in answering all questions. The house included all amenities necessary also. I would recommend this one property to anyone looking for a family vacation near the beach!

Great property!

Our family had a very nice vacation here. The owner, Joe, was very responsive since there was an incident with a leak under the sink! He was very quick to get someone to come fix it. Centrally located to restaurants and shopping and a quick drive to downtown. Property was very clean and very well maintained. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely accommodations!!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time in Rehoboth. We come every year and loved staying in the Palms condo. It was so nice being on one floor!! Very manageable. The condo was very clean. It had everything we needed from coffee pots, kuerig, a blender for smoothies, laundry, dish washer, tvs in every room, including smart TVs, a lovely deck, beautiful clean pool, lovely decor. And the thing I loved the most was, linens and towels are provided for you! Joseph was so wonderful to deal with. He was helpful and communicated often. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend.

There is also a beautiful onsite pool and pond with water features, which you can view from the balcony. You will be given pool passes to access the private community pool. There are bike racks where you can chain your bike following an afternoon ride. Bike trails are readily available a short distance away.
