Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

This gorgeous Sea Pines villa has been recently renovated and features golf and lagoon views. Walk into an open-concept kitchen, dining room, and living room. Relax on either of the comfortable couches in the living room and watch your favorite programs on the large flat-screen cable TV, or relax in the Carolina room at the rear of the villa, featuring large windows, perfect for watching golfers tee off on the 10th hole!

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a wine fridge. This villa makes it easy to entertain with two bar seats and a dining table that seats 6.

The living room has plush seating, perfect for conversing or watching a movie. Just off the living room, there is additional seating to sit back and enjoy the golf course view. The primary bedroom features a king bed and has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features two queen-sized beds. The guest bathroom features a combination shower and tub.

Head outside to your private deck and soak in the rays while watching golf. The villa is only a short walk from the beach and a 5-minute walk from the Sea Pines Beach Club. In the summer, relax and enjoy Hilton Head Island's icon, Gregg Russell's, concerts.

There is only 1 dedicated parking space and parking pass for the unit. It is first come first served guest spots for additional vehicles.

Great place, great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The villa was very nice, spacious, and clean. We biked everywhere in sea pines from the villa, including south beach and harbour town. The closest beach access was an easy walk or bike ride. Everything in the villa worked well. The only complaint was that the villa smelled like a wet dog when we first entered and for the first day or two. We bought a febreeze disinfecting spray that cleared it up. Our dog is very small and odorless so it was a bit much even for us dog owners.

Great stay

We were very satisfied with our stay at this property. Plenty of space and a nice layout. No technical issues and the access to the beach, which is large and very nice, was great (10 minute walk). The pool is added, convenient bonus.

Amazing location

Our stay was perfect. Second time staying here for our early winter trip to HHI. The location was amazing with easy access to the beach and beach club. Lots of space with the open floor plan and the place was bright with all of the windows. We loved bringing our dog and that the property was clean and spotless with fresh interior which isn’t always the case in dog friendly rentals! Hoping to come again next year!

Retirement Getaway

My spouse and I are entering semi retirement. This was a getaway to celebrate. The unit was clean and spacious and the beds were comfortable. The close proximity to the beach is a big plus. We enjoyed our stay and would consider the unit again.

Perfect location

This condo has the BEST location along the golf course and near the beach club in Sea Pines. It offers everything in the kitchen plus a propane gas Weber grill- we had a wonderful week exploring the island from this condo. In general it was clean and our main suggestion would be for the owners to given the floors a thorough scrubbing as the floors were swept clean but our feet and socks turned black when we took our shoes off indoors.

Beautiful, open, and perfectly located property

We thoroughly enjoyed our month-long stay in this lovely villa. As other guests have mentioned, this unit is best for very close family due to the proximity of the bedrooms and the nature of the barn doors on the bathrooms. Additionally, if we stayed again, we would choose a shorter stay, as we found it difficult to get good sleep on the mattresses. Overall this is a wonderful unit.

We love Sea Pines!

Winter break

The property is nicely renovated and all the mechanics worked well. We have booked to stay again. Two minor details that bothered me- overkill with the rain head shower in a small shower; no way to avoid getting hair soaked. Could also use a chair in bedroom (Instead of uncomfortable bench).

Another Great Stay at 3 Lighthouse!

Sea Pines Vacay Villa 3

This was our first family trip to HHI. We were very happy with Sea Pines and the location of our home. The location was super close to the beach club which made it so convenient when you have young ones. The pool was right around the corner and that was awesome too. Only complaint I had was our bed and bedding was not the best and also the shower in the master bath was tiny. Other than than no problems at all. We had a blast.

It’s a short walk to the beach. The property manager was fabulous: friendly and efficient. We stayed here during Hurricane Helene and discovered a large fallen branch in front of our door the morning after the storm. A crew removed it with superhuman speed. Highly recommended.

We grilled and ate in most meals and had everything we needed. When we arrived there was an odor like mold/ mildew but as soon as I reported it they had someone out that day to address it even calling on an hvac company to come. This location is perfect and very easy to walk to the beach. No comolaints!

Summer vacation retreat

It is also easy to ride bikes to Coligny. The condo is clean and recently updated. A propane grill on the patio is nice to use as you can watch the golfers on the 10th hole of Atlantic Dunes. We also enjoyed the shaded pool on the property.

Beautifully Appointed Villa in the Heart of Sea Pines

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved this villa. It was clean, update and beautifully decorated. The beds were top quality and comfortable for us. The patio furniture has been updated vs the online images and is a high quality comfortable set. The location was well situated to walking paths, close to the community pool, golf and the ocean. Being on the 10th hole, renters get to enjoy the practice putting green, which is only a few steps from the backyard. The back yard is very private due to numerous palms and shrubs. My only suggestion would be to have a little more trimmed back so a view could be enjoyed from the interlock patio. The BBQ is an above average Weber brand and was very clean inside and out. Island Time is by far the best rental company we have dealt with in 14 years of renting in the Carolinas. My impression is they have a high level with respect to cleanliness and attention to detail. They provided plenty of quality towels and a more than sufficient starter pack of garbage bags, laundry/dishwasher detergents and toiletries. They checked with us a few times during our stay to ensure everything was as we expected. Should we rent in HHI again, Island Time will be our first choice.

We used the beach club rights we had and loved it. Brought dogs because the property and all of Hilton Head is very dog friendly. My dog ran the beach every morning with dogs he befriended. I highly recommend this property.

Overall a great rental for a small or close knit group

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are always looking for great pet friendly rentals. This one ticked a lot of boxes. Newly updated, clean & great location. The biggest issues we had were the hilariously small primary bathroom shower and the proximity of the bedrooms to each other. Unfortunately, the shower was a deal breaker and we won't be renting this unit again.

Perfect Thanksgiving!

What a lovely visit we had. Thanksgiving was a pure joy in your condo. We cooked a full on Thanksgiving dinner and the home had all the needed necessities. We played two rounds of golf at Harbour town and Atlantic Dunes, (missed the rain) and watched lots of college football rivalry games. The beach was a quick 10 minute walk Thank you again. We loved our stay!
