Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This has been the perfect place for us while doing some renovations. Great location, very clean and updated property, excellent customer service - I couldn’t be more satisfied. Golfers check out Coastal Indoor Golf nearby for a very cool experience and hit Pinto Thai on your way home! Beach goers only have a few blocks to their fun. Highly recommended!

4th of July Family Beach Vacation!
Overall, this place was exactly what we wanted for a vacation rental! The walk to the beach was very easy and still close enough to go early and park a car so when we were ready to leave, we had something to carry our things back in. Everything inside the rental was what we needed to make all of our meals and even store left overs. The place was very clean and we would absolutely stay here again. Everything was provided that you’d need for the beach, which. If we would have known that, we wouldn’t have brought our things from home… they didn’t list a coffee pot, we just saw the keurig in the photos and found the coffee pot on the last day. (We bought kcups instead of ground coffee because of this - which is way more expensive.) The only other thing I’d add is a full length mirror somewhere! The beds were incredibly comfortable and the couches were comfy as well. It was a great place to stay and we look forward to coming back!

Nice yard and very short walk to the beach. Excellent accommodations and well stocked with everything we needed for a beach day or bbq in the yard.

Great vacation home walking distance from beach
We rented this property for a few days as our home was going through renovations. It's completely remodeled and very clean and comfortable. It's beautifully decorated and it has plenty supplies in the kitchen and for the guests (beach towels, soap, small appliances, board games, etc). It would be nice having extra beach chairs, but that's just a suggestion. We loved that they allowed us to bring our dog, the backyard is fenced which allowed us to enjoy drinks in the back patio with our pet. Because owners allow pets, I was extra cautious in our stay making sure that no "accidents" took place at the house and preventing our dog from jumping on furniture. Owners even make available old bed sheets to cover bedding to prevent pets from destroying it. It was very thoughtful and smart on their part. Checking in was easy and property manager Kevin very accommodating. I honestly felt I was on vacation, despite living 15 mins away from the house. I strongly recommend this vacation home to anyone who is looking for a nice stay in Jacksonville Beach. Since I know the area, I chose to have dinner in Atlantic Beach, but there are plenty of choices close to the house. I would definitely stay there again! :)
