NEIGHBORHOOD - Located within the desirable Sugar Sands Community in Mexico Beach. - Enjoy quiet, uncrowded Bay County beaches with easy access via the community boardwalk. - Resort-style community pool, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. - Community clubhouse and shared gathering spaces for added convenience. - Golf cart-friendly community (electric golf carts only; must comply with community guidelines). - No street-side parking permitted within the community. - Communal overflow parking available with 50+ designated guest spaces.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE - Your reservation includes $300 worth of beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival. - Renters must be at least 25 years old. - Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed. - This is a non-smoking property. - Bringing a pet? Please check with us on size and number limits for pets.
*The elevator is residential grade and may occasionally experience disruptions. Our staff will do all we can to repair any issues and get the elevator functional again. However, if an elevator repair tech/Company is needed repair times can extend several days due to our remote location. If you have someone in your party with mobility issues please plan accordingly as this amenity cannot be guaranteed.

Sugar Sands
We love the neighborhood and location. It’s so quiet on the beach. Great neighborhood. Thank you for letting us use your home. The property mgt could have checked the cleaning better. The floors were covered with dead bugs but a 10 minute sweep of the house made it all better and we had no other issues. Bathroom and kitchen were clean and neat. It has a great view of the water. Thank you.

Perfect Vacation Home away from the Hustle & Bustle
We loved this home, it was perfect for our family. We loved that, it was like having our own private beach. All the accommodations were just as listed. The only thing that would have been nice was that there was no pantry access and no where to store food so we just had so much on the counters. The pool is was great as well but check for crabs lol, we fished about 6-7 out a day. It is just a hop skip and a jump to Port St. Joe for Groceries and other great restaurants. I have to say top 3 restaurants we tried Shipwrecked, Peppers and Joe Mama’s 😊. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Thanks so much for the review! The owners swapped around the owner's closet and there is a ton of pantry space now. The pool service has been pretty good at keeping the pool clean. With the pool being so new during your reservation, they were not expecting that! Can't wait for your return!
