Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located on 1.25 acres, this property could be its own nature preserve. A quiet spot with the sounds and sights of birds, bald eagles, peacocks, squirrels and a friendly fox. All of the comforts of the country but located conveniently to all of Central Florida's favorite destinations. SFB Airport is within walking distance, while Orlando International Airport is a 35 minutes drive. Disney World is 43 miles away and Daytona Beach is only 39 miles.

This home is 100% newly renovated. A cozy abode complete with all the modern amenities and a Florida farm house feel. The kitchen is complete with quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances and plenty of cooking hardware. The living room has a 50" smart tv and high top table to entertain or unwind. The screened in porch is a great place to kick back and relax.

Both bedrooms carry brand new Queen size hybrid beds with boxsprings and hotel quality sheets and duvets, with extra pillows and blankets available to fulfill everybody's needs.

Weekend escape

Hands down the best rental property we’ve ever stayed at! The house was very clean, well equipped, comfortable beds and couch, and a secluded property. The hosts were very accommodating and easy to reach in the app. We highly recommend this hidden gem!

Scenic yet close to Orlando and the beach!

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at this location. 40mins from Orlando or from New Symrna Beach. Quant and private. Very clean and relaxing environment.

Excellent for closeness to the Boombah Sports Complex

This is a great find for parents and a child coming in for a baseball tournament at the Boombah Sports Complex. It was quiet and beautiful and very accommodating. It took us 4 minutes to get to the complex at any time of the day and was still a 15-20 minute drive to the beach, the zoo and amazing restaurants. I would definitely recommend and will return when we come back for the 2025 tournament

Everything was good. They were helpful and replied quickly to messages. It is a small house, but nice and close to Boombah Complex. We were in town for Baseball and it was super close to that. Had to drive for food, and everything, but not too far. Our only complaint is that the bathroom is tiny. My son and husband are 6"2 and 6"3 and the shower was really small. Toilet is close to sink. It was a tight squeeze, but they made it work. Otherwise great for the price.

Great Stay at this property

Great property with lots of peace and quite. Off the beaten path but easy access to all points east - Daytona Beach, NASA, Downtown Sanford etc. Owner lives on the property about a hundred yards away so you have easy access if you need them but there was no issues with this property. Clean ,cool and very comfortable!

Quiet location near Boombah sports complex

Our stay in Sanford was absolutely perfect! The property exceeded all expectations. It was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The hosts clearly put a lot of care into making guests feel comfortable and welcomed. The location was ideal – close to the Boombah sports complex and Sanford airport, yet tucked away in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. From the smooth check-in process to the little touches that made the space feel like home, everything was flawless. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway in Sanford!

Old Florida Fabulous

What charming Florida bungalow! This home has been beautifully renovated in a way that affords all modern conveniences, but maintains its original or Florida charm. Having grown up with Terrazzo floors, I loved seeing that those were left! The property is lush and private as well. While small, there’s plenty of space for relaxing, and every guest need has been thawed out and provided for. We will return!
