This newly renovated apt in the center of town is the best way to experience OCNJ! This 2 bed room, 2 bath apartment is ideal for a family looking to get away to the beach!

The unit is walking distance to the boardwalk (5 blocks) and just steps away from Asbury Avenue.

This space sleeps up to 7 people in 3 queen beds and a pull-out couch bed, but 4-6 guests would be ideal for the most comfortable stay. 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a lovely porch!

Beds in the double so AMAZING best sleep in a long time! Very quiet and peaceful! Perfect for down to earth folks who enjoy an old fashioned cozy place! Absolutely loved it and hope to book for all future visits!

Not as clean as we would have liked. Dirty dishes in dishwasher& more silverware & dishes needed.Floors were not clean,no trash bag in can,found some in laundry.Sheets on one bed were on inside out even pillow cases(maybe not changed?!)One lamp did not work had to plug in to get it to work & pull plug to turn off.Door to balcony sticks bad Dad & Mom got stuck out there with child sleeping inside

Not as described. One dirty pot and a small frying pan, also dirty. Cut wires in the tv. Luckily it was a one night stay for me otherwise I would have been very upset with the accommodations.

Good for a short getaway

The property was as advertised. The little balcony is fantastic to sit on in the afternoon and evenings. One bathroom is updated and the other is a bit dated. The kitchen could stand to have a few more frying pans and there was no baking sheet. The updated bathroom could use an addition hook or two to hang towels. There were no lamps in the living area, only the overhead light which was harsh. The one set of recessed lights in kitchen did not work. Location was an easy walk to stores, bridge and ocean.

Was in town briefly for a family gathering and the apartment was well-appointed, very clean and comfortable - looked as though it had been recently renovated.

Home away from home:)

My family and I stayed overnight and we couldn't have felt more at home. The check-in process was simple and everything was very clean. We enjoyed having Dunkin Donuts close by and being blocks from the beach.

Cute gem a short walk to everything

This is an adorable little apartment. It has a full kitchen and is a short easy walk to everything in town. Loved the balcony to star gaze at night

Long weekend in Ocean City NJ

Clean. 2 spacious bedrooms. Good size dining table with 6 chairs. Only 1 couch and 1 small chair in living area wasn’t ideal for relaxing. I renovated bathroom and 1 dated bathroom. All rooms had window units for air conditioning instead of central air.

Beach weekend

The place was clean and in a perfect location to access the beach, restaurants, and the bay. I love having our dog with us and pretty sure she loved it too.

Great place for a group of friends

My friends and I stayed here for a week and we greatly enjoyed our visit. The location is perfect and communication with the host was quick and efficient. The pictures are accurate and the check-in process was super easy. The only issues we ran into was that the bedrooms have blinds but no curtains so it was super bright in the mornings and the water pressure in one of the two showers was not great. Other than that, we greatly enjoyed our stay and would 100% stay here again! I would definitely recommend this property!

Good location, not ready for renters

I would not have stayed at your condo if I had known how much a work in progress it was. I do think you will have a nice place when it is finished but currently the beds are terrible (need sturdy frames that are not broken), blinds need to fully close (privacy and bright light issues), second bath needs to be finished (the listing said two full baths at the time of rental which it looks like has changed later), exposed wiring needs addressed (a safety issue and likely a violation of rental rules in OC), at least an additional pan and pot in the kitchen to cook, dishwasher detergent as we were unable to clean the dishes.For the price paid the place should be a lot nicer. Do not stay here.
