3BR on Asbury Ave- Close to beach, boards & shops!

Our Ocean City beach condo is perfectly located just a few blocks from the beach and boardwalk, right in the heart of the Asbury Shopping District. You’ll find hundreds of shops, cafĂ©s, and restaurants all within easy walking distance.

The condo is fully accessible, with elevator access to the second floor where the unit is located (see note below). Enjoy both front and rear balconies—ideal for soaking in the sea breeze morning or night.

Upon entering, you’ll step into a bright, open great room that combines the living area, dining space, and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes all the cookware and essentials needed to prepare home-cooked meals if you’d like a break from dining out.

The condo features two full bathrooms—one conveniently located in the hallway and another ensuite off the master bedroom. Both the master and rear bedrooms have direct access to the back balcony, while the front balcony opens off the great room, creating multiple spaces to relax and unwind.

Condo comes with one designated parking spot. Additional parking can be found on the street (free and metered) and in nearby lots (free and paid).

Important note: Linens and toiletries are NOT provided. Please bring your own sheets, pillow cases, towels, shampoos, etc.

Beach tags are needed to access the beach typically from Memorial day through Labor Day.

The whole family enjoyed their stay here. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved the big balcony overlooking Asbury Avenue. We also enjoyed the gas fireplace. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and we will go back.

Surprised it gets such a high rating. Owners are very responsive. Place could use a little upkeep. Painting deep clean those types of things. The real issue was the parking spot for our unit. Had to move several trash items and carts etc as the store downstairs encroaches on the parking spot. Also quite a bit of trash lingering around due to proximity to the dumpster.

Everything was perfect and as listed .Great location! Walked to beach and boardwalk and arcades etc . Local Ice cream and sports store also were nice to have . Very spacious balconies and interior. Elevator is also nice . Would stay again

Overall we had a nice time and the property generally fit our needs. The location was central to a lot of Ocean City amenities and shops. However, there were 3 limitations:1) The clothes dryer needs to be replaced; it doesn't work. Each evening we would run a load of wash and then have to put the clothes out strung over chairs, sofas, tables to get them to dry overnight.2) The parking is in the back and the alley receives many delivery trucks supplying the food market on the first floor. Thus, we found our car blocked in multiple times when we wanted to go out.3) When we booked, we didn't realize the end of our stay coincided with Night in Venice. On Thursday morning, a large, refrigerated, semi-trailer arrived and parked on the street right below our deck for the remainder of our stay. It was supplying food to the market below us. The refrigeration unit ran continuously and the combination of the fumes and the noise made the deck unusable at that point.

Block party gem

This home was the perfect location to enjoy the Spring Block Party and a short walk to the boardwalk. It had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The elevator was a huge bonus getting our belongings to the second floor.

A nice place to stay

We were here in March. The place was spacious and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. It was in a great location. Close to the boardwalk and beach. Wawa in walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

Long weekend

Property was in a great location and very clean upon arrival. The front patio is perfect for a group to relax and the elevator makes for easy for bringing in luggage and strollers. Living area and kitchen seemed larger in person thanphotographed so plenty of space. Really enjoyed our time away at this condo.

Spacious and Comfortable

We had an excellent stay. The unit was well kept, clean, very spacious and comfortable. Everything was as pictured and listed. Having front and back decks and an elevator was really nice. It was very quiet off season and everything an easy walk. Would recommend and stay again.

The interior of the property was clean and spacious. The location is ideal for boardwalk, beach, and local shopping/restaurants. The market on the first floor has a good selection of food and sandwiches, however, for two nights of our three nights stay they had a truck parked outside With the refrigeration running 24 hours. My sister and 2 cousins met to share Christmas cookies. We each brought 3 different types and shared. We walked on the boardwalk, played cards, and enjoyed each others company. Loved the towns decorations. Can't get enough of the beach any time of year.

Well-appointed condo in a great OC location

Before arriving, the host sent us a very helpful welcome guide which answered all my basic questions and more. We appreciated the elevator; there are stairs but they lead to an outdoor balcony, so the balcony door(s) must first be unlocked if you wanted to come up the stairs. We did have trouble with two of the three balcony doors not being able to lock, and the host was appreciative of us notifying them of the issue. The condo is pleasant and spacious. You do need to bring your own sheets and towels but that is pretty standard for OC rentals. We did find the bed pillows to be flat and worn out and should be replaced, but fortunately another reviewer already pointed this out so we brought a few of our own. All the bedrooms had their own TVs. No cable, but it’s 2023 and so you can access any of the streaming services you already subscribe to through Roku. The kitchen was stocked well enough for our purposes. We didn’t do much cooking, but compared to another condo we’d previously rented in OC over many years, we noted that this location didn’t have much in the way of pots and pans. We liked that the coffee maker could brew a pot or use a K-cup. Everything was very clean. I would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to fellow travelers.

Fall OCNJ Getaway

Great location...close to everything we love in Ocean City! Perfect for our family for a weekend getaway. Clean, roomy, easy booking and check in. Response from owners was immediate when I had questions. Plan on doing it again next year!
