This small very private Casita sleeps 2. Queen size bed . Full bathroom. This very quiet ensuite has a quiet completely private entrance. Centrally located in the Valley, Close to San Tan Mall, DownTown Gilbert, Tons of restaurants and entertainment.
Wifi, TV, Queen bed, , Keurig coffee , Mini Fridge. (no cooking) & mini microwave. In room A/C - heating unit.

Clean, comfortable and complete!

Exactly what we needed for a weeks vacation. Clean queen bed TV outdoor seating area pool was close. Owner was very easy to contact and took care of our questions. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

Clean and comfortable. Our host Dawn was very attentive to any needs. It was a bit small for that long of a stay but would be great for a short time.

Wonderful

The casita was perfect for my needs and exceeded my expectations. Excellent communication with the host. It was spotless, and I was provided everything I could need. The host was kind enough to leave bottles of water in the mini-fridge. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Arizona.

Way too small

Clean and inexpensive, but too small for an average sized couple; not ideal for hanging out. A lot of traffic noise from the nearby busy intersection. More bathroom towels, etc are needed for the length of the stay… could we have asked for more? Sure… but we should not have had to ask, in my opinion. A dorm fridge with a microwave on top is not really my definition of a kitchenette either. Sliding glass door to enter was a bit tricky to lock, and heat/air unit is a bit tricky to dial-in. Some literature on both +tv for the next visitor(s) would be most helpful.

I am sorry you were unhappy. You are right you shouldn't have to ask. We try our best to make you comfortable. There were 2 more sets of towels in the closet. The description includes a mini fridge and mini microwave. It is not advertised as a kitchenette. Thank you for the review. We take all comments very serious.
