The Coastal House Downtown Gilbert

We are new owners of a well known vacation rental steps away from Downtown Gilbert and cannot wait to share our incredibly cozy place. Fully equip kitchen, comfortable new furniture throughout, plush throw blankets, full size washer/dryer, clothing steamer, Roku TV with streaming capabilities, and 5G internet. For those who like to travel a little lighter, we've included a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in each bathroom. Charming backyard features string lit patio with table and chairs, hot tub and a view of the Gilbert Water Tower. Parking available for up to 2 vehicles. One compact spot available inside the RV gate entrance and another curbside in front of the home.

Restaurants, bars and entertainment all within 1/2 mile including O.H.S.O, Culinary Drop Out, Barrio Queen, Joy Ride Taco, Postino, Dierks Bentley's Whiskey Row, Snooze, Jesterz Improv Comedy and Hale Theatre. And a Farmer's Market every Saturday morning. As an added perk, we've included host recommendations in the Welcome Book once you arrive.

Cute little house all around for any stay with family and friends. No pets (service animals allowed).

Adorable, quiet and very cozy home. Plenty of space for our needs and the 2 full baths was a great plus. We had a short stay but would have loved to have a chance to enjoy the back yard area. Beautifully done!

This place was absolutely wonderful. The perfect location to walk to downtown Gilbert area and enjoy the many restaurants and shops. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could think of. All of the amenities were great. The house was super clean, cute, and cozy.

The property was very clean, and nicely decorated. The 4 person hot tub was perfect and easy to use. It is 3 short blocks from a fantastic downtown restaurant area. 2 houses down is being worked on, very modest noise from that.

The house had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. It was so beautifully decorated and the beds were really comfortable. Having two bathrooms was a big plus. I wasn’t sure about the safety of the neighborhood but ended up feeling comfortable and was able to walk to the shops and local restaurants with my kids. They also really enjoyed the hot tub. We would absolutely stay again.

Lovely home, well appointed, comfortable and extremely clean! Having lived in Gilbert I knew the location to be great- easy walk to parks and downtown Gilbert, stores near by. April was a fantastic just, always replying promptly. I would not hesitate to stay again next time I’m in AZ visiting family and friends.

So nice and comfortable!! Even nicer than expected! Quiet, peaceful and close to great restaurants for getting out. Well stocked and the outdoor table under the gazebo is a wonderful place to have a leisurely breakfast. We will be back and refer the house to friends! April was our host and the communication was great from the start. Our trip was last minute and she was able to accommodate us. The neighborhood was quiet and right downtown. Beautiful place, just what we needed. Who needs free breakfast at a hotel!! We would recommend this to ANY of my couple friends!! The backyard is amazing as well. Just a nice cozy spot. Could have stayed longer

Great place, absolutely loved walking into donwntown Gilbert 2 blocks away. There was an issue with a leak the day of our arrival. Our host kept us posted and did everything they could to work with us to make sure we had a great stay.

What a wonderful stay. The host thought of all the details and made our stay so pleasant. Felt very luxurious. Everything was brand new. Loved the hot tub and private backyard.Host quickly responded to our messages . We loved how we could walk to downtown Gilbert for a fun dinner. We also walked to the farmer’s market.
