Stayed here with a big group for a bachelor party. Great location to walk to anything downtown. Would definitely recommend to larger groups looking for a place to stay.

Great property. Even though the four rooms were split up and we had 8 guests we had no problem all hanging out in the larger room. Can’t beat the location.

We had a great stay! It was the perfect space for 4 families to gather, and have a great central space together and be able to break off for the night into our own individual spaces! The view was absolutely fantastic and you can’t beat the location. We did find the hooking into our streaming channels a big challenge, that would be for it only constructive feedback, that for the price, having easy access to our own streaming or something provided would have been nice.

Amazing property close to downtown. We had 10 adults and 3 kids and it was perfect. Wine tour picked us up right out front of condos and rented boat was a short walk. Would absolutely visit again!

The lofts are a great option for a larger group. Each loft is well organized has lots of great amenities and is a great way to stay in downtown Traverse City. Our experience was great highly recommend for a group of 10 or more.

The space was perfect for our vacation with extended family- spacious, clean and well set-up. The location is readily walkable to all the downtown dining, shopping and breweries. We would highly recommend the Front St Lofts.

My co-workers and I were in town for a conference and wanted a place in short distance to both the conference location as well as restaurants, etc. The Lofts are perfectly situated right in the heart of a very walkable area. Plenty of food, drinks, shopping and entertainment within walking distance. The units are great for large groups who want to stay together but also desire separate living spaces. Communication was excellent start to finish. Getting until the units was seamless. The kitchens were stocked with all the basics for cooking a group meal. There were tvs and games for relaxing and stunning views of the lake right from the couch or kitchen table. All-in-all a lovely stay. We look forward to visiting again!

Another great stay in TC!

This is our second year in a row where we've spent a long weekend in TC with a group of 14 friends and this place has been PERFECT for us!

Thank you Deborah! We are glad to have you back again and hope to see you again next year too! We get a lot of large groups like yours being that we can sleep up to 19 people in beds right in the heart of downtown TC not to mention that we are also located right on the water too! You should try to visit us in the summer months if you can as we have a new marina tenant downstairs that rents pontoon and wakeboard boats right at our dock around back! We also are capable of hosting up to 29 people in beds now with two other units onsite if people want to upgrade to the extra units. Like I said we'd love to have you back again! Great condos in a Great location

Joe was super responsive and we had a wonderful stay but the bed sizes were not accurate on the website (only 1 king bed, not 2 and a couple of the Queen beds were Full sized). Overall we enjoyed the location as it was close to everything we needed and the views were spectacular.

Wonderful Winter Stay

We stayed at the lofts on Front Street for a bachelorette and it was perfect. The location is great and the layout was awesome for a large group. There was plenty of space to spread out while also providing large gathering spaces for us all to enjoy. Communication with Joe was great and we'll definitely stay again!
