Welcome to your perfect getaway in the center of downtown Traverse City. This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo was just finished in May 2023. Relax in a brand new space after exploring the best restaurants, shopping and beaches right outside your door. This family friendly retreat has everything you need to enjoy your vacation in northern Michigan.

The space includes a full kitchen with all the supplies you need to cook a delicious meal. We even have local coffee waiting for you when you wake up! There's an open kitchen, dining and living area. Attached to the kitchen is a spacious pantry and laundry area. The twin bedroom is located off the living area, while the master and queen bedroom are privately just down the hall. The master bedroom has a king bed and private attached full bathroom with walk-in shower. The queen bedroom and twin room share a large detached bath with tub shower combo. The condo is accessed by elevator and a few stairs.

Everything was wonderful! Excellent accommodations and close to dining and shopping. Parking was super convenient. Safety was great as doors has electric locks and host was excellent with anything and everything that came up. Great stay and would choose again next time!

Fantastic location! Close to everything. We loved that a not one but 2 bars were located in the building AND you couldn't hear a thing while in the condo. It was a great experience all around. Would stay again!

Perfect location. Unloading was a little tricky as the pub’s musical act parked in the loading zone. However the parking spot given was convenient after our stuff was out. The condo was clean with enough space for 6 and checkout was easy. Would highly recommend!

You cannot beat this location and parking was convenient. The beds were comfortable and it was surprisingly quiet. A minor issue was resolved quickly by the manager. I would highly recommend this property.

Nice location close to downtown.

This was a nice location for our family near downtown. Was worried about having the restaurant and bar right on top of us during a busy time but it wasn’t bad at all! Would definitely stay again!

Location, location, location!

This property was steps away from downtown! You could walk everywhere. Very spacious, clean, new feel. Easy to park with dedicated spots in lot access the street. Helpful, responsive property manager. Highly recommend!

The property was perfect for a family gathering. It was clean and comfortable. The surrounding stores and restaurants were wonderful. The owners were attentive and thorough. It was a great place to spend time together with family.

Great Location and Very Clean

We spent a weekend in this rental. It was very clean. The location is great to walk around downtown. The space is comfortable. The management was quick to respond. Couple items of note...the only windows in the whole place are in the queen and king bedrooms. Having two assigned parking spots was great. And there are two bars in the building. One on the second floor right next to the rental. We could here the music and folks going in/out of the bars bathrooms untils closing time and then the bar employees cleaning up. It did not distrubt our stay but might impact light and/or early sleepers. Over all we had a great experience.

The BEST location!

Loved staying here during the comedy festival. The location can’t be beat. Super clean and just enough space for four ladies to relax and chit chat. There is a bar right downstairs and a bar right upstairs (yay). Kitchen is perfect. Tons of plates and glasses and a great table for eating or cards. Laundry room just in case! Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Lodging for our Curling Team !

1 couple & 2 singles all working remotely & competing in a curling competition. This location was pretty perfect ! We were able to optimize our downtime b/c we were in walking distance of many restaurants, shops & the waterfront. We made great use of the well-appointed kitchen & laundry room and thoroughly enjoyed recovering in the cozy recliners after a hard game. Plenty of linens, the beds were comfy & it was very clean. There is a rooftop bar upstairs & a pub downstairs - remarkably when we were in the condo, you wouldn’t know that. There were no noise issues. Only note is that the only windows are in the two queen bedrooms & while the rest of the unit is very well lit, there is not a lot of natural light otherwise; just in case that matters to you.10/10 would absolutely recommend !

Perfect downtown TC location

We stayed 3 nights for a girls weekend. The property is located downtown Traverse City. We parked our cars and didn't need to drive anywhere. The condo was clean, modern, and had everything we needed.
