Our incredibly unique, luxurious and private 1500 sq.ft. lodge is tucked up in the hills with breathtaking views. You'll be happily surprised; we are just minutes from Canyon Lake, New Braunfels, San Marcos, Wimberley, Gruene and San Antonio.

Be prepared to be pampered from your welcome charcuterie board, wine, and breakfast items, to all the amenities you could ever need.

Panoramic views await you from every area. Pool towels are provided for your evening in the hot tub, enjoying our dark skies. Have an RV or boat you need to bring? We have electric hookups and plenty of parking for your RV, jet skies or boat.

We are veterans to the vacation rental world, having enjoyed over 150 5-star reviews on a previously owned VRBO.

This home was one of the most unique and whimsical places we've ever stayed in.It's clear that a lot of time and thought went into curating the design and decor.Sheri left a nice note, snacks and bottle of wine upon our arrival. She was attentive to anything we needed during our stay.

The house is even more lovely than depicted on the photos. Each detail seemed intentionally chosen which made for a fun and interesting stay. The host generously left some delicious snacks, wine, and breakfast items for us. The kitchen is small but easy to navigate. We had a great time hanging out on the front porch and in the hot tub, enjoying the view and the solitude. I would absolutely stay here again!

This was our 2nd visit, with hopefully more in the future. It’s unique in its character, both inside and out. The Host is detail oriented, foreseeing the needs and expectations of the guests. Then, provided bacon, eggs, muffins, juice for a meal, plus a cheese tray and bottle of wine were an extra touch to top off our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very cozy and comfortable. We loved the welcome wine, charcuterie tray and breakfast provisions when we first arrived. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub, robes and chiminea. The house is very private and centrally located within the Texas Hill Country. The beds are very comfortable and we had everything we needed, which is saying something as we stayed for four weeks. Sheri was a great host and very responsive. We highly recommend this property.

This little cottage is about the cutest thing I’ve ever seen. Firstly, it is decorated beautifully. The beds are gorgeous and the old bathtub sure was wonderful. There’s plenty of serenity so it’s perfect for relaxing and just getting away from the big city. The hosts were also incredible always communicating, which was nice and checking in with seamless. This place is five stars all the way I will be staying here again.

This was literally the best VRBO I have ever rented!! The thought behind every detail was absolutely perfect! All I can am say is hospitality is the name of Sheri’s game. She was great and this property is one of a kind. We will be back in the future.

This place was amazing! Beautiful secluded location with wrap around porch and hottub. The owner Sheri thought of everything to make our stay perfect for my 30th birthday. Can’t wait to book again this summer.

Everything was there that you needed. Did not plan on cooking as we were here to eat in restraunts but Christmas morning no place to eat and bless Sherri heart we had bacon, eggs, and orange juice. For the uniquness of house all was functional. We had a ball. Happy New Year !!

Adorable cottage!

Our stay was amazing relaxing on the patio or hot tub with views of the hillside. The inside decor was so much fun and inviting! A thoughtful cheese tray with wine greeted us upon arrival and eggs/bacon and oj were provided for breakfasts. We had an amazing time touring the area and return to a relaxing cotton on the hills for evening. Thank you for sharing your home!

We loved everything about this place. The charming decor, to all the little extras, made this place incredible. Every detail has been considered with the guest in mind. We definitely want to come back to this secluded gem so close to San Antonio. And the charcuterie board upon arrival and bacon, eggs and juice in the fridge for breakfast are perfect.

...but Above and Beyond might be even better! Loved the character and amenities of the property, and the hostess went far out of her way to make sure we had a fantastic weekend. You won't be disappointed!
