Welcome to our brand NEW 2 beds apartment, renovated in early 2023, located in one of the best neighborhoods in St Pete. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 2 unit building and just 0.4 miles north of St. Anthony's Hospital and 1. 5 miles from Downtown St. Pete.

Perfect for travel nurses, medical professionals, families, or anyone who just happens to find themselves in St Pete, one the fastest-growing large cities in the US.

Great property to stay at while moving my daughter out of her dorm at USF. Clean , well decorated and easy to communicate with the owners! Close to USF St Pete and downtown area!

Lovely apartment in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood

Our hosts Kate and Jon were friendly and helpful; telling us about events happening in St Petersburg that first weekend of our visit.We were close to the center of town so we rode our bikes to the pier and area parks. The apartment was comfortable with everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay.

Dates are incorrect for stay: Monday August 18 - 25, 2025. Checked out promptly @ 10am removing all trash, food, belongings. Did not use stove, ants found in cabinets, countertops and both sinks. Master Bdrm blanket had holes, towels were dingy, rugs had bad odors from animals, almost tripped several times because rugs not properly secured at ends. Had to use magazines to block one window from outside invasion of privacy. By Wednesday the smell was so horrific I could not comfortably use my medical device. I have traveled across the entire globe for years, no matter how clean it may appear, I personally do my own cleaning. Just minimal was done prior to our arrival and if that is not the case

Home Away From Home

Staying here was extra special with care from the owners. Unfortunately our stay was for medical reasons and not for pleasure but staying here reminded me of home sweet home. If your an active person your close enough to walk downtown and to nearby stores and restaurants. Your such a short drive to the beaches, downtown, and seeing how close you are to the interstate even Tampa is just around the corner. The only issue would be if your not familiar with St Petersburg and off the street parking you may have trouble finding your way. So just get familiar with the map if your driving. Remember the upper and lower level units for rent will be behind the main house and you can only enter from alley behind the house. Enjoy your stay everyone!

KITCHEN
The kitchen area was fully renovated with brand new appliances: oven, microwave, stovetop, large refrigerator with a spacious freezer, farmhouse style sink, and a dishwasher. If you enjoy cooking, the kitchen is fully equipped with any cooking basics, toaster, Ninja Mega Kitchen System, Hamilton Beach coffee maker, and hot water kettle.

The kitchen has a round table that can seat 4.

LIVING ROOM
The living room in this unit is cozy and spacious. Enjoy HD TV while relaxing on a sofa.

BEDROOM 1
We have a king bed in this room which has a premium memory foam mattress. The built-in closet has extra sheets and blankets.
A desk is available in this room in case you want to have a quiet private workspace. HD TV is for a few pre-bed episodes of your favorite Netflix shows.

BEDROOM 2
This bedroom has a queen bed with a premium memory foam mattress. Built in closet contains extra sheets and blankets.

BATHROOM
The bathroom has a brand new bath, toilet, and a sink. A hair dryer can be found under the sink.

HALLWAY CLOSET
Extra bath towels and beach towels can be found in the hallway closet.

A vacuum, iron and an iron board are available in the unit.
You'll have access to the unit, stairs to the unit, and the utility closet located at the bottom of the stairs. You are not allowed to enter the properties of the house.

Extra blankets, bed linen and towels are available in the unit. We provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish detergent, etc.. In addition to regular towels, we also have 2 beach towels available in the unit. Starter supplies are NOT unlimited supplies. If you need to buy anything extra, there are plenty of grocery stores in this area.
