The house was very welcoming and clean. The outdoor space was perfect. The pool was perfect and warm. The beds were very comfortable. We’d definitely would stay here again.

We have stayed at this home two times now. The 8 man crew loves the place and the management team is very responsive for being offsite. Our Crew has requested that they have this place again on the next trip back to Gainesville.

House was exactly as described. Husband kept commenting on how quiet it was. Pool was relaxing after a long day moving my son into his dorm. Host was prompt answering questions, addressing request and providing access information.

Fantastic home. Fantastic amenities. The size of the house was awesome and the pool-hot tub area is very well done. One small thing: in a perfect world, it would have been nice to have a tv or two in the bedrooms, but overall, my stay was great! Highly recommend.

Very surprise

From the moment we opened the door until the day we left, we were so happy with our stay here. The pictures do not do this house justice! We had plenty of room! It was clean and beautiful. The communication with the property manager regarding the heater for the hot tub was always answered promptly. I would definitely stay here again!

Necessary Stay

My daughter had surgery so we needed a place to stay from Iowa. We wanted a pool and hot tub. Beautiful place, well kept and guest conscious. We were a bit confused about the pool/hot tub heating but didn’t take away from our schedule. Such a big house I would have liked a broom to clean up any messes. I would absolutely stay again!! Thank you for accommodating out additional day.

Great Location!

This property worked out perfectly for us. The location was perfect! Close to everything but tucked away in a cul-de-sac that felt completely private. Quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.

Weekend visit

Property was as good or better than advertised. It is on a quiet neighborhood street but still convenient to UF, grocery stores and etc. The inside was more spacious than expected.

Better than the listed

When we arrived at the house we were amazed with the quiet neighbourhood . Then when entering the home we were taken back with all the modern upgrades this home comes with . If you have a family you will not go wrong here . From the heated pool a spa to the spacious screened room it has it all . Thanks again we hope to return . Great place in a quiet location.

The place was spacious and clean. Checking in and out was easy. The pool and hot tub were nice but it required the the host to switch the heating from the pool to the hot tub daily and communication could take a few hours.
