Your comfy bed with a posh deluxe mattress awaits your arrival for a peaceful nights sleep. Enjoy a cool dip in the large pool, a walk along the sandy beach with complimentary canoes to cruise the water, fishing off the lakeside dock, tennis court and workout room for your convenience. You have your own beautiful kitchen with breakfast island, a washer dryer combo and luxury bathroom. See the sights of Flat Rock Village and Hendersonville within minutes, yet enjoy the quiet comfort of your lovely lakefront view from the antiquated stone porch. The unit was lovely--super clean, comfortable bed, updated appliances and well stocked. The front porch was peaceful and overlooked the quiet pond and property. We loved spending time by the pool as well. We can't wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Paul and Angela's Condo. The condo was spotless and well appointed. It has a country feel to it, yet only minutes away from area attractions. I was very impressed from the moment I opened the door! The Condo is beautifully decorated, very clean, and truly had everything I needed for my stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, the rainfall shower was amazing, and the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials needed. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and I absolutely loved the peaceful atmosphere. The host was very responsive as well as making the booking and check-in process smooth and hassle free. I had such a wonderful experience and can't wait to come back!

The grounds were well kept the noise level was good. The condo was clean and neat and organized. The only thing I would change would to be put at least two comfortable chairs in there where we can sit and more storage room for food that we have to bring to a VRBO.

Just a getaway

We were here in February for our anniversary. This trip was just to get away. Very clean close enough to do what we wanted to. I also enjoyed the paddle boat this time. Another great stay. Will book again.

Linda Left the condo in good order but Should have notified us of the lack of hot water so We could help her out. Not the best way to handle that type of situation. That also wouldnt help an owner out so they could fix A hot water problem If there was one.

Perfect little spot for quiet couples

We had such an awesome experience at this location. Situated in Historic Flat Rock just 20 minutes away from Downtown Asheville, it is perfectly located for couples who want a taste of the nightlife, but want to head home for a quiet night. I loved the community area we stayed in. We enjoyed fishing at the lake mere steps from our front door. Overall , great experience with an awesome host. The icing on the cake though was the rainfall shower!

The parking lot had more than a few potholes, but had plenty of available spots. We were in town to visit relatives, so didn't spend much time in the room, but the king bed was amazingly comfortable and we slept well. The rainhead shower was FABULOUS! Even if it does flood the bathroom some. The Keurig works well. I guess my o ly semi-complaint was that other than a tiny chair in the corner there isn't comfortable seating if one just wants to sit & read. I did bring the outside chair in, but for my old butt, it wasn't comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again.

This was our fourth time going to Mill House Lodge, first time staying in this condo. We loved it. I have a broken foot right now but I’ve already booked it again so we can go kayaking. Great time, thanks for everything.

Nice place to stay but ...

The place is nice and is as advertised. We only have two small items to consider. 1)We arrived after dark and lighting/sinage made it difficult to find the unit. Once we found it, no problems. 2) The only seating in the condo was two wooden bar stools and one paddedstackable chair.

Perfect Couple Getaway

We booked this property for a last minute kid-free getaway. It's exactly as described, maybe the only one we could find with a king bed. Everything is new. The bathroom is a little tight but the space has been been really well done and the walk in shower is just what we wanted. The location at Mill House Lodge was so peaceful and quiet. We spent a lot of time reading on the porch overlooking the little lake. And it was really close to all the shops and restaurants in downtown Hendersonville and Saluda. We had excellent communication with the owners.
