Sous-sol spacieux avec plafonds de 9 pieds et entrée privée. Une chambre avec lit king size et lit à baldaquin. Lit queen size gonflable Grandinroad pour les invités supplémentaires. Cuisine entiÚrement équipée ainsi qu'une laveuse et sécheuse pour votre commodité. Pas besoin d'apporter quoi que ce soit, montrez-vous, détendez-vous et profitez-en!

Moins de six kilomÚtres de l'autoroute 26. Parcourez 0,08 mile (hors de la route principale) à travers les vergers de pommiers environnants sur une route de gravier bien entretenue jusqu'à votre destination paisible et isolée. Détendez-vous sur le porche et profitez de la magnifique vue sur la montagne.

Si les activitĂ©s de plein air sont attrayantes, faites une courte randonnĂ©e sur Bearwallow Mountain, une promenade dans le centre-ville historique de Hendersonville (8 km), explorez la rĂ©gion de Chimney Rock / Lake Lure (21 km), visitez les belles cascades et les sentiers de la forĂȘt d'État de DuPont ( 18 miles) ou explorez l'histoire et la beautĂ© du domaine Biltmore Ă  Asheville (environ 23 miles). Nous avons Ă©galement plusieurs brasseries / caves locales dans la rĂ©gion. Brasserie Sierra Nevada, vignobles de la montagne Saint Paul et cidre dur Bold Rock pour n'en nommer que quelques-uns.

DIRECTIONS
Le GPS ne vous amÚnera PAS jusqu'à la maison. Une fois sur Stepp Acres Lane, assurez-vous de tourner à droite immédiatement aprÚs avoir dépassé le 3e mobil-home. Il y a un panneau vert pour # 216 et une benne à ordures sur votre gauche. Il y aura un autre panneau vert (# 216) vous dirigeant vers le haut de la colline vers une maison en briques. Tournez à gauche devant la maison en brique. Ceci est notre allée. Directement aprÚs avoir dépassé le hangar métallique sur votre gauche, vous verrez un parking en gravier. C'est là que vous vous garerez et traverserez la cour pour entrer dans le salon en bas.

The property was even nicer than the pictures, and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud!Our host was gracious and beyond helpful. Any time we had a question the response time was very quick.The surroundings are as peaceful as advertised-I think the only thing we heard was a dog in the distance.The property is only a few minutes outside Hendersonville-maybe 3-5. Everything in easy reach!

Great property we enjoyed our stay! It was roomy and had a really good view of the apple farm in the mornings with the dog rolling in . Kitchen was well stocked also. Only thing I would fix is the gravel road coming in needed some maintenance and a lot of big pot holes . Overall a great stay and worth the price We would stay here again if in the area!

The host is amazing. She is very conscientious about the living accommodations as well as making sure you have everything you need. This is the second time we've been lucky enough to stay there & it will be our go to place for Hendersonville stays in the future.

Super clean, large open space, comfortable bed, convenient location and great communication with quick replies. Highly recommended! Keep in mind downstairs wide open spaces come with echoes throw some earplugs in your bag and you’ll be fine.

This beautiful place was serene and quiet. It was a treat to watch the sunrise and sunset on the porch. The rooms and beds were clean and comfortable. Tonya was a wonderful host. I would love to stay here again. 😊

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We hated to leave! The host checked in on us several times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was absolutely perfect for our getaway! The views of the apple orchard and the mountains were breathtaking! The location was close to downtown Hendersonville and other activities in the area. We will definitely be returning again!

Short little weekend trip and this place was perfect. Very roomy and bed was noticeably very comfortable. Place was very clean. Owners provide good instruction on entering the property because it could be easy to get confused. Views were also great! Would 100% recommend

I chose this property because of the reviews stating it was quiet. I think we stayed on an 'off' weekend where the host and I discovered the loud noise above our bedroom was the upstairs bathroom fan that was very loud that kept me up for hours during the first night. The second night was much quieter. There were also extra visitors upstairs, so there were some pretty noisy footsteps at times. We had a pretty rough week, and were just looking for some real peace and quiet.We have learned it is best to not book a shared space again.

First of all, Tanya was absolutely right about calling her place "Scenic Serenity." The view of the mountains was a wondrous sight--the ever-changing sky, the clouds and fog that would seep into some of the mountain crevices, and the summer rains that would slowly roll through. What a pleasure it was to sit outside on the porch with this view! As for the inside, the space was open and inviting. The furniture and beds were quite comfortable. The kitchen was a joy to cook in. And the place was a short drive from the very quaint downtown Hendersonville, with easy parking and fun to walk six or so blocks with great and varied restaurants and shops. We can truly recommend this place. We had a wonderful time!

Relaxing Getaway in a Beautiful, Quiet Setting

I took my mother to Hendersonville for our annual mother/daughter getaway for Mother’s Day weekend, and chose this property because of the convenient location and the fact that it had no steps, since my mother uses a walker. Unfortunately , it rained most of the time, but that did not deter us from enjoying our beautiful accommodations . This place was beautifully decorated, spacious, and immaculate. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and the king-size adjustable bed could not have been more comfortable. The host was very attentive, calling me the day prior to our arrival, as well as once during our stay, to ensure we had everything we needed and didn’t have any questions. I definitely recommend this property, as you will not be disappointed!

Relaxing & reading

This was our third stay at Tonya & Troys. We love the shops and restaurants in and around Hendersonville and after several visits to the area have found no better place to stay. After shopping we always come back and enjoy sitting on the porch and reading. The rooms are always spotless and so comfortable. They are wonderful host and we promise we will be staying again.

The pictures do not lie. The rooms are roomy & comfortable & the whole place is neat & clean. The view out the windows & doors is beautiful. Nostalgia

Our family spent time in the Asheville/ Hendersonville/ Rutherfordton area over the last 30 years. A lot has changed in 30 years...birth of children, loss of elders, immediate families have evolved to extended families but Life is still always beautiful. My ex mother in law recently lost her husband and wanted to come back to the area where we had so many memories for her birthday. We had an amazing visit. Our hosts gave us our privacy. The accommodations were very spacious and comfortable. The mountains in the background and the apple orchard in the foreground was like being in a fairytale.

This was such a nice place! Beautiful location that’s not far off 64, beautiful downstairs apartment facing an apple orchard and Mtns, lovely host that checked in with me before arriving and departure. Just an awesome experience all around!

Beautiful Property, mountain view, orchard and furnishing. Top notch furniture.

Wonderful Property in every way. Will be trying to stay there every time we visit Hendersonville to visit our children and Grandson. Having stayed at many, many VRBO's this is easily the nicest and best furnished facility we've stayed at. Very well stocked with cooking needs.

Enjoyable Stay

The location of the VRBO was great. We were about 10 min from downtown Hendersonville. And we had to drive through an apple orchard to get to the VRBO. And your have multiple orchids close. The view of the mountains was great and only a little noise from the road. There is a little walk to the front door (maybe 30-40 yds) up hill which unloading can be a workout but the host will assist if needed. We would visit again. Hendersonville is a great town. A visit to Jeter Mountain Farms is a must.

A true beauty

This space was absolutely stunning. The view of the orchard and mountains was truly indescribable. My children and dog loved the yard! 10/10 would stay here again and again! Plus the owner is so sweet! Went above and beyond to communicate with me and did a fabulous job creating the perfect space for anyone looking for a tidy, sweet, beautiful and peaceful place to stay.
