Welcome to our cozy, newly-renovated bungalow in Andover KS! Quiet and safe neighborhood, just minutes from turnpike, gas/grocery & 18 mins to downtown Wichita. Fenced backyard & fully stocked kitchen!

Front patio with table and chairs. Going inside there is a living room with couch, coffee table and smart tv. 2 bedrooms upstairs each has a closet with storage & queen size bed. Bathroom in the hall way features a bathtub / stand up shower. Kitchen has a dining table and full appliances. Downstairs there is another couch & smart tv with ping-pong table and full-over-full bunk bed. Laundry in storage room

Access to the full house and back yard with no shared rooms

Available by phone whenever you need me

Quiet and safe neighborhood with access to walking trail

Parking is free and private, concrete driveway alongside the house as well as on street parking

Digital access to property and parking available in the private drive way or on street

Visiting family

The property was lovely and the location was great for us because we were visiting family in Eureka. Our only problem was the highway noise from I35 but nothing can be done about that. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Clean and a Lovely Stay

Overall property was kept nice and very cute. Bathroom was awesome and entire house is definitely very modern. Only recommendation I have is to bring your own pillows to sleep on. They provide one per a person and they are very flat. Other than that a great stay!

Neighborhood was a bit rundown. House had an unusual/unpleasant smell. Bunk beds in the basement might not be desirable to some. Upstairs area was very clean and nicely decorated. No issues with linen or towels. Shower was fantastic.

Nice and Clean

The host was friendly and did a great job of renovating the house, but you can tell in some areas the house is a little run down. The house is clean, smelled good, beds were very comfortable, the house had everything we needed, the waterfall/rainfall shower was awesome, plenty of fresh towels, and the ping pong table in the basement was fun. There's a bunk bed in the basement, but I don't think it's a sufficient place to sleep, more like a hang out instead. I don't know much about the area. Some houses were nice and others not so much. The house is behind a school and near the highway. We stayed for 2 nights and the neighborhood was pretty quiet.
