my tiny house one bedroom with smart tv , one loft with tv ,2 full bathroom , living room with 2 accents chairs plus a smart tv , . , , .Kitchenette come with 2 pans small/medium basic silverware , plates, coffee cups, coffee maker, microwave ,5 ft fridge , dinner table /4 chairs, everything ready for you when you come back from river, outlet mall, Texas state Univ etc..

For stays over 28 days, we will provide only a starter supply of coffee, shampoo and other essencials

As our property is located outside city limits of the San Marcos, Tx in a natural environment you may occasionally encounter insects such crickets or scorpions which are part of the local ecosystem . To ensure you comfort we conduct regular pest control indoors and outdoors . However we cannot guarantee the complete absence of insects or arachnids
to minimize the chance of unwanted visitor we kindly ask that you keep doors closed when are not in use.

For you safety and security , we have cameras installed at the entrance , parking lot and back yard of the apartment

Leave your valuables at home or keep with you, we won't be responsible for them .
we leave notes around the house , remainder about the check out, information of the septic tan on the property etc...
