Quaint Carriage House - Minutes from Senoia and Trilith Studios.

Welcome to our charming and private Carriage House, located right in the heart of downtown Brooks! You'll be just a few minutes' drive away from the historic downtown of Senoia, home to a variety of delicious restaurants, quaint boutique shops, and the world-famous filming locations of The Walking Dead. Our cozy studio is situated above a detached garage and boasts a fully stocked Kitchenette complete with a mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker, kettle, and microwave. NO STOVE.

Our cozy studio is situated above a detached garage. However, the rental does NOT INCLUDE ACCESS TO THE DOWNSTAIRS GARAGE for anything other than the use of laundry. Parking inside the garage or storage is not included with the nightly fee. You will have access to a designated parking space that can easily accommodate two vehicles. The Kitchenette is fully stocked with a mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker, kettle, and microwave that can also function as an air fryer, broiler, and heating unit. NO STOVE. Whip up a quick snack or light meal to enjoy at the breakfast nook or take it to-go and explore the town!

The Carriage House can comfortably accommodate up to four guests with a comfy queen bed and a trundle featuring two single beds. You'll also have access to a spacious walk-in closet and a bathroom with a SHOWER ONLY. Stay connected with our high-speed Wifi and unwind in front of the Smart TV.

The Carriage House was built in the last 5 years with our friends and family in mind, designed to provide a comfortable and self-sufficient home away from home.

Located just 35 minutes from the Atlanta airport, you'll find yourself in the heart of Brooks, a charming town that's only a short drive away from the historic downtown of Senoia, the Town of Trilith and the Hampton race track. Whether you're here to explore the famous filming locations of The Walking Dead or simply enjoy the local cuisine and shops, our Carriage House is the perfect home base for your adventures.

Girls Trip

We had a fabulous few days in your quaint town! The Carriage House was perfect for our group. The only thing that could have been better was the birds not flying into the door every morning as a wake up call but that totally wasn’t the properties fault. We got a good laugh out of it every morning.

Great little place, but washer and dryer or full kitchen.

Nice little place to stay for a couple days, but the listing said there was a washer dryer. However, there is not. Also I didn’t realize there is only a microwave and mini fridge, not a full kitchen. Which is totally fine we are around town. Just something to keep in mind.

Cute Carriage house

This is a really neat place to stay at. My husband and I stayed 2 nights. We loved being out in the country area. Not too far from town and surrounding towns. We went to a Nascar race at Atlanta Speedway. Very convenient to get to from here. I would highly recommend staying at this property. Very clean, host was wonderful. I would give it a 10 +++++++++++

The best Georgia VRBO

I had the best time staying at the Carriage House!! It was super modern, clean, and amazingly comfortable! I slept like a log on the bed!! The bathroom was awesome as well, with everything I needed available for use! Ankia was the greatest host, and was amazingly kind and responsive to all of my needs and questions! 11/10 recommend staying here!!

Wonderful!

We so enjoyed are stay at the quaint carriage house. It was spotless and comfortable, as well as perfectly located. Ankia was responsive to emails and we felt she was happy to assist us in any way. She even helped me retrieve an item I left behind. We would highly recommend staying here and will be back ourselves!
