Lakefront home in a quiet, deep water cove- prime location and beautiful views!

Loft style lakefront home located in Sunrise Beach in a quiet, no wake cove, close to popular lakefront restaurants. You will love the location and views!

This newly updated home has an open layout including a full kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook meals at home, a dining room offering a coffee bar and seating for 8 (plus 4 at the breakfast bar) flowing into a cozy living area with tall windows offering amazing views and a slider leading out to the two- tiered deck overlooking the lake. The lower level also has a master bedroom, full bathroom and a pull out chair for extra sleeping in the living area. The master with new king bed has another slider leading out to a sunroom with a futon and tv, a perfect hang out for the kids. New flooring and fresh new paint throughout the entire home. The upstairs level overlooks the main living area and offers 3 bedrooms (two queen rooms and one bunk room) and a full bath. Board games, checkers, a poker set, playing cards and books are also available for guest use.

There is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy as well! The two- tiered composite deck offers a grill and two patio sets. The large private dock is just steps away and has a swim platform with new wet steps ladder, and two boat slips guests can use. Plenty of room to relax and have fun on the lake! There are also two patios overlooking the water by the dock which is great for fishing or just hanging out. A paddle boat and pool noodles are available for guest use. Located on MM25, in a family friendly, protected cove with amazing views, it's the perfect spot to relax, swim, fish and enjoy lake life.

Close to popular lakefront restaurants and bars: Franky and Louie’s, Papa Chubby’s, Paradise, Captain Ron’s, Lakehouse 13, The Tavern at Trails End, Branding Iron and directly across the lake from Margaritaville.

Boat rentals:

Breakaway Boat Rentals will deliver your boat rental to our address at no charge, which is a huge perk!

Boat Launches:
Papa Chubby's is less than a 5 minute drive, located on MM26. There is a $5 fee to launch your boat.

Woods Supermarket and gas is a 6 minute drive. There is a Sunrise Beach TruValue hardware store and Dollar General store within 5 minutes.

Additional notes:

There is parking for 3 vehicles. If needed, a 4th vehicle can be accommodated.

The property has outside security cameras.

Great cove, big dock, lots of rooms
We had a great time, we were able to somehow fit a boat trailer, a pick up truck, a convertible and 2 SUV's. We brought a pop-up tent for the dock for shade which works great. Lots of steps, would have been better if there was a railing. Hard to share a bathroom with lots of people, would be nice to have a mirror in each room to help with that. The tank for the grill was empty so we had to go and refill it ourselves. Close to a lot of bars/restaurants on the lake and to the grocery store. Overall, the trip was great!

Perfect getaway
Where do I begin?! Everything was amazing! We travelled with a group of 7 adults. The house was perfect for our group. Everything was very clean. The house was easy to find with a great location on the lake. There was a grocery store within 5-10 minutes from the house which made it very easy to get anything we needed. We brought our own boat with us and used the ramp nearby at Papa Chubby’s which was very convenient. The cove was also very clean and all the neighbors were very friendly. The property owners were very responsive and check-in/check-out was very easy. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Great location, great home
Our family rented this home this month and had a great time. There were 12 adults and kids plus one infant. The home slept all very comfortably. We prepped all of our meals there at the house and never felt crowded. The outdoor living space was key for us. Covered lower dock, two decks, top level with a nice grill. Kids even caught fish and that kept them away from their gaming systems. We rented a boat and used the slip at the house. Everything about it was perfect. . Definitely will be renting again. If not this year, for sure next.

So much that, my husband, Matt and I recently purchased a lakefront home in Sunrise Beach, MO at the Lake of the Ozarks. We have three children and reside in Altoona, IA just a few hours from the lake and enjoy heading down whenever our schedule allows. We are looking forward to making more memories at the lake and would love to share our home so you can do the same. The Lake of the Ozarks is a great vacation spot offering a plethora of dining, shopping, night life and recreational activities to enjoy.
