Second Bedroom – Two Queen mattresses, Flatscreen TV and an oversized walk-through closet and connected ensuite bathroom.

Third Bedroom – Double/Full Size mattress, Flatscreen TV and sliding glass door access to the private front facing balcony.

Hallway Bathroom – Off the hallway across from the kitchen is a hallway bathroom that is a jack and jill to the second bedroom.

Kitchen – Updated kitchen with granite countertops, wine cooler, and fully stocked with cooking essentials for your convenience. Dining room table with seating for 6 with leaf and bonus breakfast bar seating.

Living Room – Entering the condo down the hallway past the Kitchen you'll notice the large oceanfront view of the gulf! The Living room has a plush leather sofa, love seat and an oversized chair and a flat screen TV. We also try our best to keep it stocked with games and books for our guests!

Laundry Room – Washer and Dryer in unit for guest convenience.

Check In: is 4:00 PM and Checkout is 10:00 AM. We cannot accommodate early check or late check out.
Temperature: A/C is programmed to restrict any setting below 70 degrees in order to maintain proper maintenance per the recommendation from our HVAC technicians
Amenities: Cleaning company provides starter supplies of toiletries (toilet paper, paper towels), trash bags, dish soap
Parking: 1 assigned parking space is available. Additional guest parking is very limited and is first come first serve. Utilize parking pass displayed at all times to avoid a fine and/or tow. Association does not allow any trailers or RV's on the premises
Pet Policy: No pets are allowed.
Accessibility: Located on Floor 2 - accessible by 2 flights of stairs or use elevator to access level 2 above parking garage
Renter: Must be 25 years or older to rent
