Incroyable condo en front de mer avec balcon - Je viens de dépenser 40 000 $ pour améliorer l'unité. Lit Serta NEUF de KING - Carrelé - SANS TAPIS - 2 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bain. Nous avons une vue complètement dégagée sur la plage de sable blanc depuis notre balcon et le salon / salle à manger / cuisine ... Vue imprenable ... notre balcon mesure 20 pieds de long et 8 pieds de large ... vous ne serez pas déçu. Regardez les magnifiques couchers de soleil depuis votre balcon ou sur la plage. Nous sommes directement sur la plage, ne traversons jamais une route pour aller à la plage. La chambre principale a une baignoire de douche avec des comptoirs en granit et une salle de bains avec tiroirs. La chambre principale a un lit King size et la 2ème chambre a 2 lits doubles. Nous avons une télévision de 50 pouces dans le salon pour votre divertissement avec plus de 250 chaînes !!! INTERNET GRATUIT dans l'unité (le bâtiment coûte 30 $ par semaine.

La piscine en bord de mer est particulièrement agréable et a été récemment rénovée avec beaucoup de chaises et de kiosques pour ombre. Vous pouvez choisir de passer vos journées à explorer la plage de sable blanc ou à vous prélasser au bord de la piscine. Si vous préférez pêcher ou faire du bateau, vous trouverez une jetée de pêche privée et un quai pour bateaux de l'autre côté de la rue.

Beaucoup à faire!: Le complexe propose également des barbecues, une aire de pique-nique, de nombreuses chaises longues et un jeu de palets. Vous pouvez aussi faire de longues promenades sur votre belle plage et admirer les dauphins qui pataugent ou se prélasser au bord de la piscine et vos pieds!! De plus, il y a toutes sortes de boutiques et de restaurants à deux pas de votre condo! Beach-volley!

The condo was amazing! Great location right on the beach and it was spotless. The heated pool was also wonderful. We had EVERYTHING we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The host also provided many items for us to use at the beach! Overall, it was a marvelous stay and the host was great at communicating with us. Would absolutely stay again!!

Lovely condo, kitchen amenities were perfect for the two of us, friendly office staff, host was helpful the few times we were in contact. The view from the balcony is incredible and a great place to read, relax, and enjoy the pleasant weather.

We have stayed at the Holiday Villas III many times. This was by far the best condo. It was immaculate, beds very comfortable, kitchen was stocked very well and beach chairs were provided. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars on every aspect was because of the construction that prevented us from using the pool all day. Instructions for check in and out were very clear. Will definitely be back.

The condo was very comfortable. The beach was in good repair after the rough hurricane season. Outside building and pool still had some construction but was expected for area. I was only interested in beach and inside so perfect for me.

I my granddaughter and great granddaughter were staying with me for the week, it was perfect for all of us. The owner was very easy to contact, and was able to resolve an issue with the door immediately. I’ll certainly want to return in the future.

Perfect location just steps from the beach. The condo was spacious, very comfortable and spotless. Kitchen was well equipped. Dania is an exceptional host and incredibly responsive.

At the beach

This was a ver updated and lovely condo right on the beach. Awesome view from the balcony of the ocean and sunsets! The complex was well kept and the staff and neighbors were all kind and helpful. Dania was on it with all communication. We will definitely be back next year.

This property is superb. There were issues with unexpected construction and Dania went out of her way to accomadate us. You wont be disapointed with this property.

A perfect vacation spot!

The location could not have been more perfect! The beach was absolutely amazing! My teens loved the pool. The condo had everything that we needed. The beds were amazingly comfortable. We found lots of great food nearby. We spent a day on Shell Key, took short drives to explore Pier 60 Clearwater, John’s Pass, St Pete Pier, Dunedin and Tarpon Springs. We can’t wait to return!

Condo is lovely with great beach and water views and easy access to pool and beach! We were surprised by the move of designated parking spot to across the street. Construction on building exterior made our stay less than perfect.

Very clean, freshly updated condo

Freshly updated and sparkling clean condo. And Dania was very helpful and responsive to our questions. Unfortunately maintenance workers were sandblasting the decks in our stack during our stay so that made for a lot of unpleasant daytime noise. If the work was not going on it would have been wonderful.

Wonderful family vacation

Dania is a great host. She was upfront with us about the building being renovated while we were there. It was no problem at all & did not affect our vacation at all. She was easy to contact when I had a question about the checkout process & responded right away. The condo is beautiful & has everything that you need to enjoy your time at the beach. It is also close to everything that you could possibly want to see or do. Just like in the description, we saw lots of dolphins from the patio & from the beach. We also were able to watch a group of a dozen manatee swim through when we were in the water. We highly recommend this vacation property.

Great Location!

The condo itself is fantastic. Very clean. Decorated adorable. My fault that I overlooked that it didn't have a private washer/dryer. The communication with the owner was wonderful. A coffee pot was delivered as soon as she knew the one there was not working. The elevator went down briefly and she was immediately checking with the front desk. The actual property was a mess do to the hurricane damage which is obviously out of anyone's control. The pool was not accessible, not too big of a deal since this was an adult vacation, but my kids would had to have a pool. There was a pool available to walk to down the beach if needed. The condition of the property was not mentioned in the description so a little disappointing but overall we had a great stay and made the best of it. I would recommend this place to others once put back together. Thanks for another great trip!

Very nice location. Property was spacious. Have gorgeous Gulf view from the balcony. Beach is couple of minutes walk away. Unit was amply and well stocked. It was spick and span. Garcias are very gracious and accommodating hosts. Will love to come back. PS: You can spot dolphins swimming across.

This was the perfect girls trip Christmas Condo!

It was more than we expected and we were all totally amazed. We did a lot of cooking for Christmas and the kitchen had everything we needed. The view from the windows is spectacular and we couldn't believe it when we woke up every morning to see the Gulf right there in front of us ! (We all agreed we felt like we were on a boat !) The shower and bed in master bedroom is luxurious! We can't wait to come back !

I grew up in Ft. Lauderdale and have always been around the Florida beaches. We absolutely love the area and live within 40 minutes of our condo. Owning this condo has been a dream come true for our family as we have always vacationed along the east and west coast of FL as well as the Caribean. This is one of the best beaches and very family oriented. We spend as much time in the condo as our family obligations permit us and we hope that you will love our vacation beach condo and all this area has to offer you and your family.
