Security and Guest Policy:

Registration: To maintain security at Sosua Ocean Village (SOV), we require the names of all guests staying in the villa. Unregistered guests will not be permitted on the premises.

No Pets: Please note that cats, dogs, and other types of pets are not allowed in the villa.

Children should not be alone in the pool, they must be accompanied by their parents or an adult.

Important Parking and Drone Policy:

Street Parking: Parking on the street is strictly prohibited. If you park on the street, the community will issue a ticket of US$100, which you will be responsible for paying.

Drone Usage: The use of drones is not allowed in the villa or within the community.

Important Note:
Escort ladies are not allowed at the villa.

Note: please do not flush toilet paper, sanitary towels or any SANITARY ITEMS inside the toilet, use the garbage can which is in each bathrooms, *NOT EVEN”FLUSHABLES” *

Towel Usage Policy:

Please do not use the white towels to clean shoes or remove makeup. Black towels are provided specifically for makeup removal.

Please, help us we the Electric energy saving, if you leave the villa or are in the pool, turn off the Air conditioning , just doing that is already helping us a lot thank you
