Welcome to the beach! Recently updated beachfront beach home in family friendly Ocean Isle Beach. Walk out the door to your private walkway to the beach on the east end of the island away from the crowds.

The space:
5 bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms and a separate half bathroom on main floor. Home sleeps up to 14 people.
-Downstairs bedroom: 1 King bed with private bath (sleeps 2) with 55 inch TV
-Two upstairs, beach view with balcony bedrooms each with king bed, private bath, 55 inch TV (each room sleeps 2)
-Upstairs bedroom with 2 queen beds with private bath with 55 inch TV (sleeps 4)
-Upstairs queen over queen bunk bed with private bath and 35 inch TV
Hardwood flooring in all common areas and bedrooms, tile in bathrooms.

Kitchen includes basic amenities required for day to day cooking as well as blender, coffee makers (drip and keurig), and beverage refrigerator. Washer/dryer in house on main floor.

Beach-view hot tub as well as outdoor shower and putting area for after the beach.
Recent updates include new bathrooms and flooring. Please note there is a security camera on the exterior of the home facing the parking area/entry where stairs and elevator are located. Guests have access to entire home.

The house was perfect for our family of 8. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, the beds are comfortable. We had plenty of room in the whole house. My husband is in a wheelchair and even though the house is not necessarily set up for handicapped people it worked perfectly. He could move around freely in his wheelchair. We would definitely rent here again!

First beach front stay.....

Been going to OIB for over 30 years with family. This property was one of the best we ever stayed. It was beyond well equipped and had everything I could use during a week stay. The communication with the owner was outstanding when the VRBO website and app was failing. She was able to send me the necessary details I needed by text. Would definitely stay at the property again. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing week at the beach.

This home was just what we were looking for with a family of 7 including 5 kids from teens to infants. We wanted to be close to the beach to minimize lugging stuff back and forth and getting sand indoors as you would in a condo. The home is spacious and well equipped. The decor is updated and nautical and just adds to the overall feel of the vacation. We loved the gourmet kitchen and plentiful seating as we had most meals at home. We enjoyed the large deck and hot tub with gorgeous views of the ocean. There's a little putting green near the driveway and plenty of room for us to set up our cornhole boards - both of which kept the kids entertained. The host is super friendly and responsive and really did her best to ensure we had a great vacation. Highly recommend this rental for a family - we had a great stay.

Very nice, clean place! We especially enjoyed the bathrooms and kitchen. Big enough for our family, my sister’s family, and parents without feeling crowded. We would certainly stay again! Thoughtful touches throughout the house.
