Five-bedroom, five-and-one-half bath house with private pool located in exclusive west end!

Within walking distance of center of town with shops, putt putt, restaurants, ice cream, and more

Great views as the beach front homes are single level and you have direct view of the ocean.

This house is loaded with amenities: private pool, top-notch stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, well-quipped kitchen perfect for the gourmet cook, themed bedrooms, large children's game and TV area, large master suite. The large custom kitchen is perfect for family entertaining. Each bedroom has it own private bathroom. Each bedroom has a smart TV.

The second floor den has large flat screen smart TV. The master suite and the kitchen have their own private gazebo's overlooking the ocean. The front of the house is full of windows with two large walk-out decks to enjoy the beautiful ocean air.

The home was perfect for our stay for our daughter’s wedding. Very spacious with beautiful accommodations. Owner is very kind and helpful. No problems occurred during our stay. She was also kind enough to return an item we left behind!! 10/10

Great Place

We throughly enjoy our recent stay. The location is wonderful and the views are tough to beat. Plenty of room for small and large families. Very short walk to the beach, as well as to the pier, putt-putt, and more. Jennifer was fantastic to deal with and responded rather quickly to any question we had. Overall, we would highly recommend this property for your next beach trip to OIB!

We had a great week at this house. There were 7 of us including our 12,17,and 19 year old and our 73 and 75 yr old parents. There was plenty of space and we had everything we needed. When we lost internet after a storm, Jenifer took the time to get on the phone with the provider and us to rectify the situation. I would only say to watch the stairs as they are a little tricky to navigate at the platform between the floors, especially for older parents. Overall great place and we would definitely rent again!

Wonderful Vacation with Family

The house was equipped with everything you would need to host a large group. The balcony and views were amazing. The pool in the back was nice to relax in after a day at the beach! Highly recommend this spot.

The perfect location!

Our family spent an amazing two weeks at this property. The beach is a very short walk, just across the street, and we loved the local restaurants. The pool was a lifesaver during the high temps and a great way to wear out the kiddos. We had a couple minor issues and the owner was incredible at communicating and resolving things promptly. We can’t wait to go back!

Great Family Vacation

My friends and family really enjoyed our vacation At Ocean Isle. The house was perfect and fit our group of 14 nicely.. Outstanding views of the beach 
 2 minute walk . to the public access . Very nice pool area.. and perfect place for ou dog as well as the back yard is fenced in.. And with upgrades the Martins are planning this off season, I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy their stay at Ocean Isle.!!

Nice home, fabulous owners who were super attentive. We had a few small issues and they were fixed immediately. Fridge was small but I know they plan on replacing it! Short walk to the beach too!

Great beach trip to ocean isle

This is a nice house in a great location. The owners just took it over from previous owners. It had some minor things broken but I have the list to the owners and they seem very responsive. The views from this house are beautiful and the location is central to everything we needed on the island. They need a larger fridge to accommodate the house capacity and we had some trouble with the dishwasher -but other than that everything was wonderful.

Extremely disapointed

Loved the location and the initial communication with the host. When we got to the property we were extremely disappointed in the lack of cleanliness of the property and the condition of some of the furniture. There was dirt on the floors and the kitchen counters were not even cleaned. There were broken chairs at the pool, the master bedroom had a broken bed frame and there was mold in the dining room vent. The host was quick to send over someone to re-clean but never addressed the broken furniture or the mold. The barstools and chairs in the dining room are so uncomfortable. This was supposed to be a very special trip for my 60th birthday and I brought my whole family but was hoping for a better experience with our VRBO. The host finally reached out to me on the last day and told me they were going to have some of the issues addressed but that didn’t help me and my family at all.

This review was written by my wife and kids:**3 forks in the house (4 if you count 1 found under a bed with a crushed cracker found the morning we were leaving and doing a final check). We ended up going to teh Dollar Tree and purchasing new forks to fill the void. **2 broken pool chairs taking up most of pool area**nails, screws and a broken box cutter blade in the rocks closest to house beside the pool **pool shower drain doesn’t drain just leaves a nasty puddle** huge green puddle draining from the air conditioning sitting in the parking area**the dryer ruined half of our clothes with marks that look like a sharpie made them ** towels were molded**sheets had stains and black hairs on them once you pulled them down to check **ANTS sprayed twice and still had them **all air vents were black with mold and some were dripping ** the vent behind the bedroom door downstairs (against the laundry wall) was absolutely full and gross ** toilet in the bedroom off the kitchen had to be filled by hand first flush in the morning **the house hadn’t been properly swept or vacuumed in months. (There was a pile of dust and things behind the dresser in the king bedroom downstairs) Overall it was an expensive disappointment and some of our family had to leave early because they were having respiratory issues because of the poor air quality. Not sure who manages this home but they honestly should be ashamed and I hope the owners show up unexpectedly and fire all involved.

Very unhappy

I communicated with the home owner about the condition of the property several times before the rental date. I was assured the property was ready to go after hurricane. The was not the case. Several issues were noted upon arrival. Dirty house, windows, pool, appliances...etc. After communicating with the home owner and property manager they kept saying, well we just had a hurricane. Not acceptable since I ask if the house was ready a week or more before arrival. Not happy! Stressful waiting for cleaning staff and or property manager to resolve some issues. We are retired military....be aware.

Location, Location, Location. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Upstairs is perfect for family dining, playing games and spending time together after a long day in the sun. The downstairs is great for the kids to escape and chill while the adults bond on the upper deck and large living room. The pool area is perfect to relax and chill after enjoying a long day at the beach while cooking on the grill. Wake up to see the beach and go to sleep hearing the glorious sound of the waves. This house has it all. We hope you enjoy your time here as much as we love creating the adventure for you.
