This studio is perfectly located to experience all Mission Beach has to offer. Steps from Mission Bay and Mission Beach, the space features a Queen size Murphy bed which folds out into a living room that has a new couch, flat screen TV, full bathroom, kitchen featuring the basics, and kitchen table for dining. The front patio is shared with one other unit that is directly next door also on the second story. It has a gas grill and gas fire pit, plenty of seating as well as outdoor table. Also included are beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, and an umbrella.

This stretch of Mission Beach is the epitome of an amazing beach vacation. With access to Mission Bay and Mission Beach within seconds, every water sport you can think of is within reach. During the days, you`ll see bikers, scooters, rollerbladers, runners, and walkers enjoying both the bay-side and beach-side boardwalks. Both beaches offer something for everyone, from the calm beach of the bay to the roaring beach of the Pacific. The area has endless dining options, great beach bars, a nearby beach front amusement park, grocery stores and markets. Everything you`ll want to access is walk-able and you can easily rent bikes and scooters nearby.

Uber and Lyft are very popular around here and you can get a ride within minutes since they generally hang around Belmont. Electric Scooters (Birds) are also a popular and convenient option. In addition, bikes are great for the boardwalk and there are multiple places to rent them nearby.

We recommend checking nearby street parking in the Mission Beach area, as many guests are able to find spots within a short walking distance. If you`re unable to find street parking, here are a few nearby public parking options:

• 1283-1299 Parker Pl Parking – just a few blocks away from the property.
• SDSU Recreation Parking – located at Santa Clara Place with public parking available.
• LAZ Parking - Promenade – a paid parking garage on Mission Blvd.

Please note that parking availability can vary throughout the day, especially during weekends and peak beach season.

Any cancellations that occur within the cancellation window will be refunded in full according to the cancellation policy, except for the merchant fee we are charged for the transaction by our credit card processor. That merchant fee is typically around 3%. We do not refund that amount. Otherwise, we would lose money on your cancellation.
