There's lots of space and things to do inside and out! Inside, there are 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths with a large primary suite, dedicated office plus an extra work station, TV in each bedroom, dining space for 8, and games, books, & toys.

Outside, lounge by the pool listening to tunes on the Bluetooth speaker; enjoy our pool toys, yard games, playhouse, and firepit; watch TV (55") on the back patio; & grill and dine outside.

Upstairs:
♩ Primary suite with king bed and his & hers walk-in closets, workstation, and a 50" Smart TV ✩
♩ Two bedrooms with queen beds, one 50" Smart TV & one 43" Smart TV

Adrian was extremely helpful (this was our first time staying in a VRBO— or any short term home rental). She was not only accessible before, but also during our stay. Adrian made our first foray into renting a VRBO extremely easy. We will be using VRBO for our rental/vacation needs. Adrian is an amazing ambassador for VRBO!!

Great house in round rock

House was clean and easy to check into. The pool was nice and well maintained. The house was the perfect distance to downtown Austin and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay again!

Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful rental. There was plenty of space for us and it’s so close to the indoor water park and restaurants. We loved spending time in the pool and cooking on the grill. We also loved seeing the deer each evening in the front yard. I highly recommend the property and would stay at the location again.

Beautiful, Peaceful, Organized

We stayed here for a long girl’s weekend and had so much fun! It’s the perfect distance from Austin to do things during the day but come back to a peaceful retreat in the afternoon/ evening. The whole house can easily accommodate 8 people with the beds, living room, and dining room. We loved the outdoor space. The pool was beautiful and there were lots of outdoor games, chairs, grill, etc. Also, there’s a smart TV equipped with netflix, Hulu, etc. great for a movie night. The house was super organized so everything was easy to find and it was super easy to communicate with the host. This would be a great place for family, friends, or just a fun getaway. Highly recommend!

It's a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood with beautiful, tree-lined streets & an ideal backyard/pool (not heated) - perfect for a relaxing getaway!

The house is just minutes from downtown Round Rock, the Round Rock Outlets, Austin Parks'N'Pizza, The Lodge Card Club, and the Dell Campus. You can also get to Round Rock destinations like Kalahari, the Dell Diamond, or Old Settlers Park in only 10 minutes. As an added bonus, it is conveniently located a short drive from an HEB, Target, Walmart, & Sam's Club.

If you're venturing outside of Round Rock, the house has very easy access to all major highways, including I-35, Mopac (Loop 1), and TX-45 Toll road. You can be at the Domain or Q2 Stadium, the Apple Campus, or Historical Georgetown Square in just 15 minutes or Austin staples like Barton Springs, Zilker Park, Circuit of the Americas, South Congress, or the Airport in about 30 minutes.
