It's centrally located on a main street, offering convenient access to many activities in downtown. We also provide amenities like a heated pool and hot tub for our guests to relax and enjoy after their day trips. Austin has indeed been experiencing significant growth in recent years, and there's a lot of development underway. As a result, you might observe a mix of different environments within the neighborhood. For example, near the intersection of IH-35 and St. Johns, you might see workers seeking employment, while just a few blocks away towards Mopac Road, there are newer luxury condominiums. This blend is part of Austin's evolving landscape. Our pool is serviced immediately before each check-in. During your four-day stay, we experienced intermittent storms, and it was also the peak of pollen season in Austin in March. The consistent pollen fall, combined with the rain, could have unfortunately contributed to the pool water condition.
