Enjoy a stylish experience at this beautiful centrally-located west end condo. 5 minute walk to the Boat Slip/Commercial St and less than a minute to Stop & Shop and Macs. Designated parking under building. Easy keyless entry. Common area deck with gas fireplace, sun lounge chairs and dining tables & chairs. Condo is fully equipped with all amenities. July through August have a 1 week minimum stay with a Sat/Sat check in check out. The unit is on the top floor of a three floor building providing views of the west end of town.

My annual Pilgrimage to Ptown

This was my third consecutive year staying at this amazing rental, and it was just as perfect as ever! The condo is always beautifully maintained and has everything I need for a relaxing getaway. The location is ideal, and Marty continues to go above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. It truly feels like my home away from home—I'm already looking forward to next year!

Best first experience ever with a rental property.

I had an amazing stay! Everything exceeded my expectations—from the excellent communication with Marty to the perfect location. The condo was clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything I needed. It’s in a fantastic area, just a block from the largest supermarket in town and within walking/biking distance to two great gyms. Plus, it’s close to excellent restaurants and entertainment options. I couldn’t have asked for a better place—overall, a truly great experience!

Beautiful condo with everything you will need.

Marty was very nice to deal with, and very helpful. We loved our stay there, and even used the grill outside and cooked a few dinners in the very well equipped kitchen
 So rare for a rental to have nice pots/pans/knifes/utensils, etc! He even has Kitchen Aid stand mixer, and great big blender too. Nice (non-pod -YAY!) coffee pot and Nespresso machine. Washer/Dryer in apt fab. Was immaculately clean. 5 minute walk to Boatslip for tea dance, and only couple min walk to Stop and Shop, etc.. There is even a white noise machine in bedroom, and charging docks on each side of king size bed, and more cables for other devices, and once you got the hang of the tv’s in living area and bedroom those were great too. We are looking forward to staying here again!!

Post Modern Ptown

Lovely newly build property in a great location , minutes walk to great restaurants , bars and all the things Ptown has to offer . The common areas were well kept and the accommodations were as the pictures accurately portrayed. It was also a very quiet peaceful oasis given how close it was to the Ptown nightlife. I would recommend this property without any reservation.

Beautiful 1 bedroom condo, Great location!

What a wonderful, well appointed condominium in Provincetown, in a great location. While it might not be right in the middle of everything, it is very close to Bradford and Commercial, and quiet enough, which is what we wanted. Keep in mind that it is on the third floor, but the stairs are manageable. The space is decorated beautifully and exceptionally clean. Everything you need for a wonderful stay is there, or close by, including the grocery store and bike rental. Definitely recommended highly!

Great place

5 star quality place, high tech with everything you would need. Host incredibly accomodating and quick to respond. He provided flex on check in and out to accommodate ferry and bus scheds. Fantastic place and host to stay for Wknd, week, or month/summer. Def repeat stay planned in future

Wonderful home away from home

Beautiful, mid-century modern styling with all the details thought about. Very clean, up-to-date, and bonus with its own washer and dryer. Owner was very responsive and accommodating. Loved the location as well and the included parking. Can’t wait to come back!

excellent location

This one bedroom condo on the West End is an excellent location, just a brief five minute walk to the west end of commercial Street. If I had any questions, the owner, Marty was very responsive to my emails. The condo itself was immaculate, There was plenty of closet/draw space for your belongings. The kitchen area were supplied with all the amenities to use if you want to cook a meal. My partner and I have been coming to Provincetown for years and this is one of the nicest places that we have stayed

Peaceful Oasis

I love this place. It's new with high-end furnishings and appliances. The space is perfect for 2 people who want a quality setting. I've been coming to Ptown for 25 years and this is one of my favorite places. I'm looking forward to staying again next year.
