This property is a great family getaway. The house had absolutely everything we needed! We were skeptical about being on a channel instead of the main lake but we were pleasantly surprised how much we enjoyed it! We had our own fishing boat to get through to the main lake and the channel is filled with wild life which was so much fun for our grandkids to see. The property is very private so it’s like having the best of both worlds with feeling like you are in the woods but with a lake right there.

Nice Place!

Secluded, but close to town. Very nice area. Great access to UTV trails. Clean house. Drive way easily accomodated two trucks with trailers.

Family Trip

The cabin was everything the add said it was. We enjoyed kayaking right from the dock, ATV riding, relaxing on the deck, nightly fires and just hanging out together. The place was super clean and the host was very easy to get a hold of with any questions we had. A week just wasn’t a long enough stay here and we wish we could have stayed longer.

Lovely Stay Away

Tucked back away in the woods right up on a mostly private little part of the lake, this lovely house was perfect for my family's getaway. Having plenty of beds and rooms split across two floors gave us the room to spread out, while the open kitchen/dining/living room with a fireplace let us all comfortably spend time relaxing together surrounded by the gorgeous views of the woods. We truly had a wonderful time here.

Lovely home in the woods!

We had a nice time at Deer View with its gorgeous outdoor spaces and ample room inside. The modern appliances are a huge bonus if you're going to be cooking a lot, as we did. The lack of a large enough table inside for our group of 5 prompted us to bring a folding table and chairs, which fit fairly well with some rearranging. And we did indeed see lots of deer throughout our stay!

Exactly what we needed!

My husband and I stayed for the week with our 3 kids (ages 15, 18, & 20). It was perfect. The kids fished off the dock and went kayaking. The location was perfect. My husband went biking every day around the area. Lots of places to eat around the area. The cabin has everything!
