Wonderful!

Beautiful views from this rental! We stayed here with our 1 year old and 3 year old and to our surprise it had baby supplies that were extremely helpful! Bedrooms are very spacious and this space was perfect for our weekend getaway.

Wonderful stay at Stony Brook Lodge in Glen Arbor! Condo was perfect for us and we enjoyed the pool and close proximity to Glen Arbor. Would love to come back!

Great location and well maintained property. Very easy check in/out process and very easy hosts. The overall property is a bit dated but this unit is very nicely remodeled.

We had a wonderful stay at Beth and Keegan’s condo! It was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The owners were incredibly responsive and quick to answer any questions we had prior and throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

My sister and I came for a weekend of wine tasting and shopping. We loved the condo. The view was amazing and the location was perfect for going between Traverse City, Northport, Glen Arbor and Leland. We were also able to walk down to the beach. The complex was quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay again.

Stony Brook

We enjoyed our stay at Stony Brook condo within The Homestead Resort. The condo was clean, comfortable, nicely updated and in a great location. Glen Arbor is a very nice area and we had fun checking out the dunes, and eating at local restaurants. Would stay here again!

Great place in Ann Arbor

We had a lovely stay at this property and enjoyed all of the surrounding areas of The Homestead as well. The condo had everything we needed for our 6 day stay and we loved being able to watch the sunset over the water from our balcony every evening. The private beach is a decent walk or very short drive and was never crowded. We loved this property, The Homestead, and Ann Arbor in general. Thanks for the hospitality!

Nice home base for a girls trip

Throughly enjoyed our stay. Wonderful view of the lake. Great double headed shower and cool AC. Walked to Cavanaughs for a morning coffee. Drove to a few wonderful beaches and many dinners in town Glen Arbor (Cherry Republic and Arts). Loved having a pool and sauna. Would definitely stay again!

Very pretty views of Lake Michigan. We enjoyed snowshoeing and cross country skiing on nearby trails. Rented in town. The kitchen was clean and well equipped. The beds were really comfortable. We all slept so well. It was a great retreat from the To Do lists at home. We used the coin laundry downstairs which was near a sauna and workout room which had a treadmill in it and not much else. The laundry worked well and clean area. I would happy stay again.

What a beautiful view overlooking Lake Michigan! What a lovely condo in the Homestead! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We very much appreciated the high level of cleanliness throughout the condo, which is very important to us. The kitchen was well stocked with all that we needed to easily prepare our meals. It was very quiet and quite comfortable. Just what we needed. Our hosts were excellent in communication from upon booking until the end of our stay. They were quick to respond to a minor issue upon our arrival and immediately met our need. We appreciated your welcome letter and booklet with important information. You go to so much effort to make it a great experience, and you truly deserve five stars !!! We have stayed at plenty of VRBO rentals, and yours is top notch! We'll definitely book another stay with you! Thank you so much Beth and Keegan!

Clean, neat, family-friendly unit equipped with all the necessities - the best ever. We experienced a quite critical issue the first day through no fault of the host. Keegan responded quickly and personally resolved the issue on site. As we have rented various condos and homes annually for the last ten years, Beth and Keegan are the most responsible and personable hosts we have encountered. They made all the difference.
