Great clean place

Stayed here for sun n fun, not as close as i was used to but definitely convenient, clean, well stocked and overall a great experience. Wont hesitate to stay here again.

Enjoyed our Detroit Tigers Spring training ball game. Good to see friends again. Probably would not stay there again, only because of the environment.

Ideal location and accommodations

The home was central to all our family as well as local amenities. Clean and inviting, the host ensured we had everything we needed for our stay. We felt comfortable and safe and were able to receive prompt responses from any inquiries with the host. We look forward to returning for an extended stay.

Excellent Vacation

We stayed at this property from February 12 to March 12 2024. We were looking for a place in the area for our golfing and it was located in a great part of Lakeland close to all amenities and golfing. We had a small problem with the front door upon arrival and called Dameon and within minutes Isla the property manager was there to fix the problem. The place was clean and everything worked perfectly, we were close to the gym and stores and the lakes where we could go for walks and eat and drink at the local bistro's and restaurants. We found the price and availability perfect and would recommend this as a great place to stay.

Basics at decent price.

For our annual trip to Sun 'N Fun we stayed at "Peaceful Minutes to Disney". Arriving late at night, it was difficult to find the house as the numbers were not well illuminated. However, once found, it was great that we had two reserved parking spaces. Upon entering the property the smell of stale smoke hit me. I texted the host who assured me that no one had smoked, but my nose told me differently. The pictures are accurate of the interior including the snacks and toiletries (nice little touch.)The beds were fine but the sheets were very cheap. While we had a sufficient number of towels, the bathroom sinks and tubs could use a lot of work. The washer and dryer worked quite well! The neighborhood was quiet and felt plenty safe. Overall, I got the feeling that the place needed a nice deep cleaning.The host provided check in details the morning of our arrival, responded to me after telling him of the smoke smell (albeit a slow response), but I never did receive check out instructions. Because of that we simply did the standard, take out the trash, sheets off the beds, etc. If you are looking for the very basics at a decent price, you've found it. Will I stay there next year? Likely not.
