Family trip

We stayed for a quick weekend in February. It was very well put together and had everything we needed. The location was perfectly in-between Orlando and tampa, so super convenient.

Great experience!

Great space and accommodations. Condo was fully stocked and loaded with amenities needed for a family stay. Location was also great and perfect for a family of 4 visiting the Lakeland area. Would stay again, highly recommended!!

Wonderful escape

This was an amazing place to stay. Close to main drag, restaurants, Walmart, Sam's club, gas stations, shopping everywhere. Park right across from condo. Sheriff's department on the corner. Everything we needed was provided. inside we needed

Wonderful stay!

Booking was fast & easy. Steve was easy to communicate with & quick to respond to any questions. Check-in was smooth. The condo is so nice. Pics are accurate, but in person, it has such a cozy, relaxing ambiance. Very clean, beds are comfy & many little touches that make you feel at home away from home! The neighborhood is quiet & peaceful with a park across the street which is nice for evening strolls! I would most definitely stay again! Thank you for a lovely stay!Annie 🌞

Great place to stay with a family!

Our stay was great! The house was clean and well kept. The kids enjoyed the games during down time. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook dinner. We were there visiting family and it was a great central location. A few times family stopped by and they all raved about how nice it was and wanted the info to give to other family members when they visit. All the beds were comfy and we felt at home there. The neighborhood was great and I felt very safe staying there with my kids without my husband. The sheriff office is around the corner and we all met up at the park across the street. We will definitely stay again if it’s available next visit.

Comfortable stay, clean condo

This condo was very clean which made for a comfortable stay. We arrived just as the power went out. Although we always travel with our own flashlights, a working flashlight was available along with battery powered candles. These were used a 2nd time during the week when the power went out again. The kitchen was stocked with the necessary items needed to cook our meals. Only suggestion would be to consider providing a few basic spices or at least salt and pepper. For the coffee lovers in the group the Keurig and provided coffee pods were nice to have. Communication with the owner was very good and a quick response was given when contacted. Overall, clean and spacious condo that we would enjoy coming back to when in town.

Overall we enjoyed our stay in Lakeland at this property. It was a perfect size for 2 adults, and the extra bedroom worked out great when my grandchildren stayed over. Newer kitchen and bathrooms were well done, and loved the convenience of having a washer and dryer. We also enjoyed the screened lanai area. Couldn't beat the location--very close to all shopping, restaurants, main highways, even the park across the way was very nice!A couple of suggestions for improvement: Only 1 TV in the unit - would be nice to have another TV in at least one or both bedrooms. Although the kitchen had most everything you'd need, there were no coffee mugs - only small cups that come with the dinnerware set (we ended up buying our own mugs). There were no hangers in the 2 closets in the bedrooms for us to hang our clothes. Also, there was no dresser in the main bedroom to put our clothes in--we lived out of our suitcase for the week. Suggestion would be to remove the keyboard and add a dresser in its place. The 2 sofas, while a good size, were not very comfortable to sit in for any length of time--although they were clean, the cushions on both sofas seemed older and lost their spring (suggestion would be a larger, newer sectional). Overall, the cleanliness and location were great and I would consider staying here again if I were back to this area of Florida.
