Excellent location in a safe quiet neighborhood close to shopping parks and restaurants. Very clean and well maintained home. We had everything we needed. Our Grandchildren loved playing in the big backyard

Another Successful Stay at Swan City

This was our 5 or 6th stay at this property. I usually look for availability of this property to plan trips to Florida. It is always very clean and well appointed. The owner is very accessible and responsive. It is very pet friendly too.

Perfect for our needs!

Check in was a breeze and was even treated to a fire works show from the back patio, courtesy of the local ball park nearby. QUIET neighborhood.

Perfect in every way!

This home is truly perfect in evey way. It's centrally located, in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance of Publix Fiels at Marchant stadium. The home was immaculate, cozy, yet spacious and had eveything we needed. The hosts even left a new container of coffee for us which was much appreciated! The shower has a dispensor of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body wash- they all smelled lovely. The home was cool and the bedrooms had the added feature of ceiling fans. We were never hot. The check in process was seamless and the hosts left detailed guidance on the check out process. Frank and I spoke on two occasions before my arrival ( VRBO reservation issue) and he was helpful, polite and asked that I each out if I needed anything once I arrived. This home is a keeper and will be my Lakeland VRBO home when I visit my son and The Flying Tigers. Thank you Frank!! Your hospitality is greatly appreciated.

Return Trip to Lakeland

Just completed our 3rd trip to the Swan City Get-away. Frank and Sue are the very best hosts we have encountered during our travels. Highly recommended. You will not be disappointed. This location is very convenient to all attractions in Lakeland.

Great House for a small family

We really enjoyed our stay. House was very clean and had everything we needed. It was move in weekend for our FSC student and the location worked out great. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again in the future!
