Thoroughly modern studio of approximately 325 square feet. Everything is new.. It has a complete kitchen and both the kitchen and bathroom are generous in size. The sleeping area is approximately 150 square feet of the 325 mentioned. There is ample storage space and all things are furnished. The beach is 75 steps away. Less than a 2 minute walk. I provide everything you’ll need including beach equipment, linens, towels and everything for the kitchen. If you drive you’ll have free parking in a private driveway 10 steps away. You don’t need a car for this location. Most everything is within a half mile. Laundry facilities are available on the property. A lot of thought has gone into the unit and it’s modern in style. The place is awesome!!! It is an easy walk to the beach!! Everything that you need is within walking distance. I did not even rent a car this time. Joe is awesome to work with!! He always make sure everything is above the standard when it comes to your stay!!! He is an excellent host!!

This was perfect for a long weekend getaway. My husband and I stay in this neighborhood every spring. Its quiet with a very short walk to the beach and not too far from all the restaurants. The owner is easy to get ahold of and had no issues during our stay!

For a lone traveler or a couple wanting a beach getaway, this is definitely the best value on Clearwater Beach. Just steps away from the beach, and a very short, easy walk to great restaurants/bars. Hands down the most communicative & accommodating host of any rental I've ever stayed in, and for anyone that has an "absent host" horror story, you know how important that is. Pick this one and you won't be disappointed in your visit to Clearwater.

We had a great stay here! Joe kept in touch with us to ensure we had everything we needed. The studio was very clean and was the perfect space for the two of us. We really enjoyed using the grill and the outdoor space. The location is great—very close to the beach and just a short walk to the restaurants and shops. Beach chairs and umbrella were provided for use during our stay as well. We definitely recommend this property and I’m sure we will be back!

Well situated apartment that was very close to beach. Very clean with all the needed appliances including pots, pans, silverware and washer and dryer. Chairs and umbrella provided for use on the beach. Would definitely recommend.
