Home Away From Home w/Big Pool and Hot Tub

Unwind at this stunning 4 bedroom 3 bathroom single-family home. This house includes a big heated pool and hot tub in the backyard with a deck that has a Hookah Bar overviewing the bay. Amazing game room with bar, billiards table, ping-pong, table, and other games. Front yard with a spectacular view of the city. It is also in the center of most of your tourist destinations such as Napa, Sonoma, Berkeley, Oakland, and San Francisco.

You get access to the entire space except for a section of the garage that has been blocked off for storage. It is a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom single-family home with a big pool and hot tub.

A check-in message will be sent an hour before Check-in time with all information including the door code.

Napa is 30 minutes away, Sonoma 30 minutes, Berkeley 15 minutes , oakland 20 minutes and San francisco 30 to 40 minutes away.

No parties and let us know of any additional guests coming into the house.
1. No pool use or the noise outside after 10 pm. Pool heating is $100 for the entire stay or $120 if you’d like us to preheat it before your arrival. Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance if you’d like a warm pool during cold weather.
2. No glass bottles are allowed in the pool only cans and plastics.
3. NO EVENTS, PARTIES, OR GATHERINGS. If found Host has the right to cancel any reservations.
4. This house has been inspected for bed bugs so it`s a bug a free house.
5. Ring Security cameras are on the property but only in the backyard and front yard for extra security.
6. If you agree to these rules then you also agree to sign a waiver 24 before check-in.
